I have had multiple pool services come out to clean our pool and all of them fail to consistently keep it clean. They are always cutting corners and sending me an invoice every month like clockwork. Plaza Aquatica came out and Michael cleaned our pool himself and it has never looked so clean. This is the BEST pool company hands down. Amazing company. If all companies performed like this there would be only happy customers. Thank you Plaza Aquatica!

We started with Plaza Aquatica pool and have been SOOOOO pleases! Our old pool guy was doing such a terrible job. Michael came in and acid washed our pool (to fix the other pool guys mistakes) and made our pool beautiful again! We will be a lifetime customer now! Michael is a very nice and kind with a very nice personality, he takes pride in his job, and know what he is doing, he also clean up after he's done, which I've experienced a few others didn't after their work. Michael also give you good advice how how to maintain your pool and your system, i recommended him with highest praise.

I read a raving review of the service provided by Michael on Nextdoor and decided to give them a call. He was highly knowledgeable and professional. The same week that our previous pool company worked on our pool it was gross and cloudy without explanation even after we sent an email and called several times without a hearing from them. We gave Michael a call and he was there that same week to take a look and was able to fix the problem that same day! Plus he gave us a free brush to help clear the murky stuff out of the pool that our previous company just left there. My pool hasn't looked clearer! We have such peace of mind now. Plaza Aquatica owns this space with so much care!

I have been using Plaza Aquatica for a few years now. Mike was my pool guy in the beginning but has since grown to now having a team, a website, and its good to see him grow.

Whenever I have an issue or question over the years (maybe 2 or 3 times at most) Mike has always answered and usually in the same day.

I don't have a set time, and I know my home is not in his busiest area so I know or at least in the beginning I was sort of out of the way of where he generally does business. None the less he kept my home in his mix of jobs.

Not enough great things to say! Mike is absolutely amazing! We found him highly, highly recommended on the “NextDoor” app and he’s just been incredible. Mike helped us relocate our pool pump (flawless) and currently assists us with monthly cleaning. He is always reliable, friendly and so sweet. We highly recommend him!

I've only been with Plaza Aquatica for about a month, but I am super happy with them. I was with Pinch A Penny store # 131 for 17 years and was really happy with them until the owners sold it to someone else. The service really suffered with the new owners. When I contacted Michael (the owner of Plaza Aquatica) as we were discussing my needs he told me he had worked at Pinch A Penny when the 1st owners were there. I knew then that he had been trained correctly and the service would be great. I was right. If you're looking for a company that really cares about their customers and the service shows, talk to Michael. Plus I love to support small business owners.

Michael Rosado over at Plaza Aquatica Pool Service does excellent work. We bought this home and the pool was in great condition and one of the main reasons we decided on this home. Michael is amazing! He came in and took over servicing a dated pool, in a rental where we resided, from someone who was too lazy to treat it properly. It went from green, dirt, and bugs to blue and clean in two days. Unfortunately, we never got a chance to enjoy it since we moved out. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Plaza Aquatica in a heartbeat. They are reliable, responsible, and experts!
