The techs are fine and our grass is looking good, however from day #1, I have requested the techs to only come to our property after 12 noon...they never have and I have documented this 16 times to customer service (by phone calls, emails, texts and bots.) I wish they had a scheduler in Orlando who could understand and comply my very simple (and only) request!! If techs would only come after 12 noon, we would give TruGreen 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of working with Quincey, and I couldn’t be more impressed! He was incredibly nice, attentive, and made sure to answer all my questions about the service since I’m a new customer. Quincey’s professionalism and patience really stood out, and he took the time to ensure I fully understood everything. From now on, Quincy is the only technician I’ll trust with my service. Highly recommend!

I’ve had trugreen for a little while now and they have done a great job, my grass is looking better and growing thicker.

**Update** We did reach out the same day to ask the company to not send anyone again and now my partner won't stop getting calls from TruGreen. This is ridiculous. Do yourselves a favor and hire a small business! You'll always have a better outcome, promise.

Just had an old guy named John in a white nissan murano from Trugreen come to our door. Extremely rude. On camera making comments using profanity about a tree INSIDE our home before I answered. Creepy to say the least. This is also the second day in a row we've had a rep come to our door. Super unprofessional. Please leave us alone!

I just got this service this year and I want my lawn better, these are my now pictures, I'm on my 3rd service.

I am pleased with your treatment of the dollar weeds in the lawn, but disappointed that you have not addressed the weeds in the Rock beds in the front and in the back, which I was told by Landon that you would do. I am awaiting a call back from him.

I had service with TruGreen for more than 8 years. I kept being told that weed and fertilizer treatments would address my lawn issues. Called today and had a very distasteful lecture by the Customer Service Rep about weed control that led to me canceling service. Yard looks worse now than ever. Examples in images provided of pulled weeds and weeds in yard.

I was pretty upset at the beginning of my service, because of some weeds. My technician, Marc, was patient and kind and my issues were my fault, too much water. So he treated for us, explained what it was, what he was doing and what was going to happen. I feel so much better. He was a real gentleman and I appreciate his kindness when I was clearly frustrated.

Be aware this company tells you they will charge you $58.95 every six weeks, and then they charge you $117.90 every month.

On top of that, my lawn is newer, and I have been working with this company since January to “control weeds,” and I have new weeds all over the place!

Two stars is generous, but no one believes one star reviews. Had my entire back yard resodded due to their lack of care. Front yard filled with crabgrass, which the call center said they would handle, but their tech (very nice, by the way) said they can't treat. Mind... blown. I'm told a local company is the way to go. I'm googling as fast as I can to find one.

Made promises to get our business, kill weeds and improve lawn.(USED to be beautiful st.Augustine grass! Heron lawn service destroyed it after 9 mo.) For three months Trugreen sprayed 3-4 times to kill weeds- NONE of the weeds were killed! MORE took over and communication was poor over phone w/ them, service guy would come early, slip out, not let us know they were here! WORST Company ever! Just cancelled them.

Tru green has joined us in our goal to at long last achieve a much nicer lawn. We told them what we wanted, a consistently green lawn a thicker less sparse lawn, while beginning to ERADICATE the horrible invasive weeds that plague our lawns are FINALLY being reduced. They’re certainly diminishing a LOT. Their policy - if they don’t begin to wither within two weeks- a call to the company and they come BACK to attend to it. Excellent customer service which we truly appreciate! Our humble home looks soooo much better after several months of service! We did install an irrigation system, which was long overdue, as well as planted ourselves hundreds of new grass plugs and applying top soil and black cow to the bare areas. These tips we were given helped us greatly… as I said they joined us to help us to create this wonderful new lawn.tips we never knew that they gave us… never cut below 4” and do not bag the grass, it cools the soil… all have been personally so very helpful! Very pleased & I think by summer’s end it’ll be remarkable, the difference!!

DISRESPECTFUL to elderly and disabled; ignore signs for soliciting. Aggressively flagging people down with zero interest.

Train your employees better. Stop going door to door.

Failed to control weeds or fix lawn with a year's service. HOA fine resulted.

They have been trying to make it right. Thank you Steve for keeping trees and shrubs alive. A mistranscribed phone number is to blame for communication problems. Just fixed today. I wish they had told me about irrigation issues but all in all, MUCH better.

Very bad service, we had fresh sod and started with true green. We have lot of weeds in our lawn. The technician barely spends 10mins spraying in our close to 5000sq ft lawn. Very disappointed with service.

Live in neighborhood with no soliciting posted at every entrance. My house has no soliciting signs. Does any of this stop trugreen from sending some schmuck to ring my doorbell every three months? Nope. Not to mention a few times one of the kids they’ve sent has gotten into a yelling match about how what he’s doing ISN’T soliciting. Nobody wants the real life equivalent of a pop-up ad at their door. If I ever do require a service they offer, I can guarantee you I’d never consider them based on their established business practices of harassing entire neighborhoods.
Owners, save your request for me to reach out with details and just stop sending your crews of door to door marketers all together.

An lawn care specialist (not from Trugreen) told us our grass was too far gone with improper watering and tons of weeds. The second person to tell us we needed to start over and re sod. As a last effort, I called TruGreen to give us an estimate. They told me they could bring our lawn back and recommended a plan. Its been over a year and our grass has not only been brought back, but its gorgeous!!! My husband and I didnt think it was possible and we are still in disbelief at how wonderful our lawn looks. Trugreen says they are experts...they are! And their communications are personalized every visit according to what's happening with your lawn. Very happy with their services.

They killed my grass and it's been months each tech that coes out says something diferente . One blames the sun , other too much water , other not enough water , other bugs .
But don't want to be held responsible and replace

Today a TruGreen salesman came by my house and I already had TruGreen, yet when he noticed I had mushrooms growing in my lawn he went and handpicked them out. I’ve never seen someone go that mile beyond in providing service when I wasn’t really going to benefit him at all. I wish I knew this kids name but yea he made TruGreen of Apopka my go to lawn care going forward for sure.

We hired TruGreen for lawn care and weed control for our NEW home build in 2021. Soon after our treatments began we noticed our sod completely dying! I contacted the supervisor at TruGreen who came out to inspect our yard and confirmed that the tech used on our lawn killed the lawn. Multiple calls later and we had finally had TruGreen agree to plug the lawn in April 2022 but they would not agree to replace the sod! We noticed the plugs weren’t growing last year and contacted the supervisor again. He advised we were watering too much and that it would take time for them to spread but once the plugs take off, they take off. Fast forward 12 months later and our yard still looks horrible! You can see from these pictures where the plugs are and how they are completely not spreading! The customer service we’ve experienced with TruGreen has been awful. I would highly recommend not using them for your lawn care!!

Our lawn was not looking too good. The company we had taking care of the lawn were horrible. Talked to my neighbor and she said use Tru Green they are experts of lawn care and with just a few weeks all dry patches were all filled in and looking better than ever. Thanks yall!
