I used this service to prepare for visitors coming in. It was a horrible experience. Some rooms were done very well while other were barely touched. However, after they left, my leather coach started to shrivel and then crumble in many places. They said it was not them and said it was a coincidence that it happen, denying any responsibility. I would not recommend this company. Now I have to go and spend extra hundreds of dollars for a new coach.

We’re a cleaning company, and we don’t usually work on Sundays, so we got an important request from a young man whose wife had already delivered a baby the day before and they needed the house before the baby gets home from the hospital. We contacted Lau, who was very kind and professional in all of what they do. Also, Silvia and Guilherme the cleaners, the best cleaners. Thank you so much for this experience!!! I’m so grateful for Lau Cleaning to come through two times when my regular cleaning service fell through, and looking back I am glad that it happened because I wouldn’t have known the best cleaning that my vacation rental would ever get. There were areas cleaned that most won’t take the time to look and clean and the before and after photos speak for themselves. I rent my place through Airbnb and really need the best because the bookings thrive on excellent reviews which I was losing directly related to cleanliness issues, but each time I contracted with Lau I noticed the reviews went to the highest rating. I am planning to hire Lau for their services after each rental now and look forward to a long working relationship.

Lau is difficult to work with and doesn't send consistent teams to clean. They always seem to miss areas that are common and she doesn't do well with any feedback you give her. When I finally decided to part ways - she was very nasty even though I wished her well several times and tried to end our conversation. She continued to text me over and over again to the point of needing to block her. She doesn't take rejection very well.

I don’t recommend them, they always leave dirty spots and didn’t leave me a new sticker after the hood cleaning. I ended up getting written up from health inspector for not having renewal sticker on hood and for dirty spots on filter.
