I have used this people for 6 years, twice a year ,.... ALWAYS with the same amount of service . With the exception of the windows, since sometimes was no needed but sometimes needed to include the windows . Never had a problem with them, always clear communication, I'm very OCD in details, specially when it comes on price. Today, as always I have the service and went thru everything about the service,. For some reason I did not double check with Andrew the usual rates. But like I said , I always have the same service twice a year for 6 years, and when he finished the bill was almost double of what I always been charged, I even indicated by text with his wife 2 weeks prior, about prices and the service I always requested in the prior services. So when he told me he is charging me almost double, 300 dollars more of what the same service was back in 7 months ago and the last couple years, I knew this company like many become shady and a scam... I swallow my anger, and I didn't want confrontation with him because I'm having a baby. And I have a one year old son with me. ... But I did asked very polite , because maybe he made a mistake. He insisted that was the rate. I even complained that doesn't add on to the service he always does here, he insisted is a different service , because he didn't do the screen closure last time. I said that's not possible because that is the main reason I ALWAYS request his service, and that he always does the screen. I wrote the check. They have a policy of 5 day to send payment by mail, I give the check with 3 days later, and indicated if that was ok with him because he has the 5 day ma I payment and is only 3 days and I'm writing the check and deposited into his hands, he said is ok. I have a child with that is medical diagnosed with a very serious condition. Well after I confronted his wife for the rates and the indications I specified to her like always, she really treating me like I was not making sense. She actually cashed the check right away... How is possible that you get the same service twice a year for nearly 6 years and suddenly the next service 7 months after the last one you get charged 88% extra, almost double. Almost 300 hundred dollars extra??? Reported to the business Beauru.

Andre does good work but he has an unrealistic concept of what his services are worth. I have gone along with unreasonable rate increases over the years but when he pretended to charge me 42% more now (December) than what he did for exactly the same work last April, he crossed the line. I’ll hire someone else from now on.

Andre always does a careful and thorough job. He has been doing work for us for years and is always my first call. Katie responds quickly and gets everything scheduled. A great team. Thanks Deca Cleaning!

First of all they are always good to respond within 24 hours of a request. When they do respond I’ll give them a list of things I want and they break it down by item. Patio/roof/sides of home etc.
so I can pick and choose and make my budget. Are usually ask them to come within a certain number of weeks to fit in with the schedule as it’s not normally urgent. They always come when they say they’re going to come and it takes about as long as they have suggested to do the work. I am very happy with the work and the execution of everything they do. Definitely worth the money As I have tried another company and regret that and went back to using this company for all the reasons above. Yes it’s probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for that’s life right. However they are very competitive anyway.

I’ve been using Deca Cleaning Service for several years now and I can confidently say that I am always amazed with their excellent quality of work. This company uses the latest equipment and safest regulated cleaning chemicals.Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they are always punctual and polite - they even accommodated my latest request to do work on their weekend off!! My roof and house looked like new!

We are a "three-peat" customer! I called in a panic to get our front and back patio done in time for guests. Katie and Andre came through once again. They were able to fit us in on very short notice. Once again they did a stellar job and I am very happy with the work. They will return soon to do the roof.
