I was so happy with my first application from Dr Jack lawn care. Craig’s communication and detail to my lawn was so much better than any other service I have had in the past.

We've been a loyal customer of Dr. Jack's Lawn Care since 2003, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Our lawn always looks green, and beautifully maintained—like a carpet!

The team is professional, reliable, and communicates well prior the visit and after the visit. They consistently deliver excellent results to us. Highly recommended!

Craig is awesome! He always takes the time to explain how my lawn is doing (needs more/less water), what he is putting down etc! He goes above and beyond! Whenever any body asks who my lawn person is, I tell them to ask for Craig at Dr. Jacks!!

Darrell Haggins was the technician who serviced my lawn for Dr. Jack's on August 27, 2025. I highly recommend Darrell. He took time to explain everything he was going to do and was 100% courteous and knowledgeable. Darrell did a great job. I've been very pleased with Dr. Jack's. Since beginning with them, my lawn has never looked better.

Dr. Jack's has kept my back yard in perfect condition for the past four years. The yard was a wreck when we purchased our house. With lots of work and care...and help from Dr. Jack's, the yard is now a showcase.

I was a customer for many many years. Chinch bugs recently took over our yard and I contacted them since this is included in our regular service. Instead of taking care of the issue, I got attitude from the woman taking my call, and was informed their chinch bug service would be an extra $100.

Sorry, I'm not paying extra for a service I'm already paying for. Take your business elsewhere.

For the first time after being a customer for a couple of years, I truly felt heard and supported. I received not only detailed information about the lawn service but also outstanding customer care. Luis and Carlos took the time to listen to my concerns and provide clear explanations, which I greatly appreciated. This was a noticeable difference compared to the previous Dr Jack lawn service person, who was not attentive and often dismissed my concerns instead of addressing them properly.

We have been using Craig at Dr Jacks for the past 10yrs. He has been fantastic at keeping the lawn green and healthy. We highly recommend Dr Jacks and if your lucky enough to get Craig as your technician its a bonus.
