I called for lawn pest service and met With Darrell. He introduced himself , explained everything ,answered all my questions. And gave me some great tips on getting the best outcome of my service. It’s nice knowing that Darrell will be servicing my lawn every month. He is a polite young man I know I can count on!

I’ve been using Dr. Lawn Care for my yard maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! The team is always professional, punctual, and thorough. My lawn has never looked this healthy and green.
I especially want to give a big shoutout to Ronnie — he’s fantastic! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks perfect before he leaves. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction.

After going through several lawn care companies, I can definitively say that Craig at Dr. Jacks has been the real difference maker. He has cared for our lawn as if it were his own and really turned it around. He genuinely cares and his work ethic shows it. Every time I recommend Dr. Jacks I do so because of the service and attention we get from Craig.

Could not recommend this company more. My tech Jeff, also the person who came out to provide the quote which I absolutely love, does an amazing job. The difference in my yard in just 3 months os absolutely amazing. I have neighbors already asking me who i use (new build community). Cannot recommend this company more for the monthly service and attention to detail for YOUR yard, not just some standard mix that is created before even looking at your yard and your area. Our rep does a great job. He checks with us to make sure we aren't having insects inside. He answers any questions we have regarding pest control and treatment. He provides great service.

We had Dr. Jack's in the past, but when we moved they weren't servicing our area. We went with EPLS first and they killed our new sod. Then we went with Massey and they killed the replacement sod...twice. After three years of paying companies to kill our grass, I spotted a Dr. Jack's truck in my neighborhood and called. It has been so refreshing to be back with such a great company! CRAIG is taking care of our new lawn and he is AMAZING! He has been with the company for 18 years and is extremely knowledgeable. He always communicates with us and is very friendly/professional. We are looked forward to no longer stressing over our grass anymore! Thank you, CRAIG and Dr. Jack's!

I switched to Dr Jacks several years ago based on a personal recommendation and Craig has been with us since day 1. The lawn was repaired from the prior company and has continued to look great ever since. Craig is also very knowledgeable on issues and offers up suggestions and overall good info and tips. I highly recommend switching to Dr Jacks!!

These company is awful. Their workers who maws the lawn in my home owner association community are lazy. They mowed everything including my plants. When they trim the bushes, they leave bushes that suppose to get trim. They leave a lot of junks behind

I live in Zellwood station... Have called several times to complain , with NO RESPONSE... Grass is thrown in my flower beds, and now I mow my own yard, whereas "yard service" is included with my HOA... I do NOT recommend, unless if you enjoy grass in your flower beds. If the employees don't speak English,. Send them to night class!
