The maid Brigaide team does an amazing job. It’s so nice to come home to a clean house. They pay attention to every detail. I highly recommend their services.

I can admit, I slacked really badly with cleaning these past few years, especially with Dusting. I opted for the deep clean to get up as much dust as possible, and there was alot of it!

They came within minutes of the time given, and got straight to work. And the work they did is incredible! I feel like I could breathe clearly for the first time in years! I walked through my house going "AND THEY CLEANED THIS AND THIS AND THIS" just absolutely blown away!

The job took longer than they expected, and they were really gracious about it (alot of knickknacks and toys to be dusted and the like), and it was worth the time they put into it.

I have to give props to whomever the trainee was on the team, because every single spot looked like it was cleaned by an expert.

At first I was going to do just the deep cleaning, but with how wonderfully they did, I signed up to do a monthly service, and look forward to having them come back time and time again!

I am extremely pleased with the service this company provides. Cleaning is one less thing to worry about thanks to Maid Brigade. Highly recommend.

Used for the first time this week. Start to finish...great service. They were able to set up same day services for me. Showed up within 5 minutes of when they promised. The staff was very efficient and very thorough. House was left like new. Clean like I haven’t known. Highly recommend them.

The ladies did such a thorough job in the allotted time.

I used another cleaning service as my first time and it honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. I spent $300 and they barely touched my house.

This company was 100 times better and actually cleaned so well it shined. I will definitely be rehiring in a few months when I need another deep clean.

I was emailing with a representative when she stopped responding. So I called into the office to get an update. I was told I could wait for her to get back to me or email the general email address. I figured she was busy and that she would respond to me when she had a moment. 16 days later still nothing so I called the office again and asked to speak with Bleydis Toledo. She was quite rude and short on the phone with me. Stating she could not find the email I sent and the price quote she emailed me seemed inaccurate, even thought I was reading directly from the email she sent. So I proceeded to find out if a time could be scheduled for cleaning and if a new quote needed to be given it was fine. I should not have to get a new quote, but I wanted my house cleaned in the next few weeks so I went along with it, she kept putting me hold as I was in mid sentence asking questions about a date and time to schedule the appointment. I could not believe she was so rude. I finally told her it was okay we would not be needing any additional services. If you can't find your file or your emails, don't take it out on the customer. Back on the hunt to find a respectable cleaning company to clean my home once a week.

I hired a company that canceled my service twice. So I called Maid Brigade company to see if they were available next day for deep cleaning and they were but the other company that I hired confirmed and guaranteed me they will be there to clean, and there be no cancellation. So I took the other cleaning company’s word and did not hire Maid Brigade. It’s Saturday and 20 minutes before appointment @:6:40 am, the the cleaning person that I hired canceled- this was the 2nd cancellation. This was a move-in deep cleaning service furniture was going to be delivering the next day with the rest of my daughters belongings into the apartment. I called Maid Brigade and they were closed, on Saturday. I did not leave a message. Around 9 am I received a text, from Mr. Marcelo asking me if I needed any help, he saw a missed call. Praise the Lord!! God bless Mr. Marcelo! He went above and beyond to find me someone, though the office was closed and had nobody available, and in about 2 hours later I had an amazing person, fast , efficient, professional. I will not give her name, because I want to use her in the future 😉. I want to thank her as well. She did an amazing job!

I very recently used Maid Brigade of Orlando and was very happy with there services. The two women who came out were efficient, pleasant and got things done! I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them!

The two times I have used this company has been outstanding. I have a small place that I keep rather tidy, but life happens and when I’m strapped for time, this company has been able to knock it out of the park.

Marcelo has always been super professional, courteous, and works really hard to accommodate my requests. The cleaners are so diligent that I don’t think they stop moving for not one second once they come in the front door. Today they even cleaned literally all the way out the front door upon leaving.

I used a different company previously and the difference is night and day.

I had a move out cleaning and they showed up on time and everything, but they did what seemed like 30 minutes of work and I was charged $250 which was their "minimum". There was dust still on the floor, easily removable marks on floor, etc and I was charged an additional cleaning fee by the apartment after I used Maid Brigade. I would use them for normal kitchen/bathroom cleaning but never for move out cleaning in my opinion.

We have been very happy with Maid Brigade. Best cleaning company we have used and we will be continuing their service. The ladies are also super friendly and professional 😊
