The Maid Brigade of Orlando is absolutely fabulous! Their cleaners are professional, prompt and amazing at what they do! I find the pricing to be extremely fair for the quality of work and their flexibility has been amazing during an extremely chaotic time for us! They will be my cleaners always!

So far so good! I went with Maid Brigade after having an awful experience with another company. The cleaners were on time, super efficient and safely wore their masks. It was definitely worth the money. This is a good legit cleaning business that will have your house sparkling!

I hired Maid Brigade about a year ago to clean my elderly mother's home. Mr. Marcelo Pancher Owner operates a difficult business successfully. The hardest things is to find qualified people in any field and he has done so. Front desk receptionist Carolina who coordinates schedules is professional and courteous. My mother always loved seeing Mariela and Katy. They work hard and always were polite and respectful. They would always bring a smile to my mom even when she wasn't feeling well. Thank you.

I have been using Maid Brigade for 5 months now and I would like to share with you all how fantastic of a job they do. The days the ladies come to my house (I have them come once a month) is pretty much the happiest day of that month for me. Why you ask? Because of the outstanding job they do and the relief of stress. Our family does chores daily and weekly, but with work, overtime, and fluffy dogs we only are able to scratch the surface. The ladies at maid brigade are always on time, efficient, hard workers, and professional. They are here to do their job and a FANTASTIC one at that. They are super friendly and they go above and beyond. I love how they are very easy to talk to and will take what you need in account. All you have to do is communicate with them. I have used a couple maid services in the past and always had to go behind them to do the job again, but not Maid Brigade!! Maid Brigade continues to exceed my expectations.

Deep cleaning experience: If you're looking for a high quality PROFESSIONAL cleaning company then look no further. Image being at a luxury hotel and your room attendant arrives to clean the room. That is maid brigade. Their employees are Bi-lingual, licensed, bonded and insured. I have used other cleaning people in the past and maid brigade is by far the best experience I have had. From the initial phone call to booking my first service, the outstanding communication and eagerness to answer any questions; had really set them aside from the very beginning. Setting up an appointment was very easy and the woman who answered the phone was extremely patient, thorough and kind. After the call, I was left feeling very at ease and excited for them to clean my home. I received a text message the day prior confirming the arrival window between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and sure enough the two women promptly arrived as promised. They entered my home in uniform with a mask, worse gloves and had cleaning equipment for each person. They we're extremely organized and we're ready to get to work. The two women wasted no time walking through with me to see my home and answer any questions I had. By the time they came, I didn't have any questions though because they were all answered prior to them arriving on the initial phone call which was as great. The women that came to serve as my home were extremely polite, professional, skilled and had a system in place to tackle the cleaning in a very efficient and effective way. From the moment that they stepped into my home, they were non-stop cleaning. My first service was the deep clean and that is exactly what they did. They went DEEP and left nothing untouched including the tracks to the sliding door. I am particular about the way that I clean and what is to be cleaned. The women did not miss the mark. They exceeded my exceptions. They literally cleaned top to bottom, left to right with the proper tools. They left me feeling at ease and relaxed about their cleaning abilities. I didn't feel like I had to go behind them and check if something was cleaned well or at all because they are professionals and know exactly what needs to be done and the right way. Not only that, the way they operate business, it allows you to trust them in your home. They are legal to work in the US, are employees, not contractors, drive a business vehicle, are in uniform, insured and have all the necessary supplies they need. They vacuumed over sweeping (the best for dust and dirt). The eco-friendly cleaning and sanitizing products that they use left my home smelling amazing and you can definitely see that the home is in a clean state. Thank you so much! All I can say is ..WOW! Yinette & Drach from Route 14 were both quick, efficient, and very communicative. I've never seen my place look this clean in many a year, and I'm so glad I chose Molly Maid to be my cleaning service.
