Awesome. TheExtra Shine team recently cleaned our home. First and foremost they did an incredible job through out the house, but the bathrooms stood out as amazing. The crew was professional and efficient.
My favorite part was the extra touches. Towels and blankets were folded "resort/spa " style and tissues fluffed. Our house was cleaned and transformed.

I love the people that come to clean my home from here. Amanda and Glenia always do those little touches like a five star hotel like fold the towels pretty into shapes or have the toilet paper even decorative. They do a really awesome deep cleaning on my kitchen and bathrooms! The house smells amazing when they leave and everything is truly clean. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Scheduled my Appointment and the cleaning crew never showed up after I rescheduled my work meetings for the day. They were not able to schedule me until the following week when I scheduled this cleaning date ahead of time before my son's birthday celebration.
On my first visit the crew that came missed SO MANY places - but yet I gave the benefit of the doubt to this company, so requested a different crew for my next appointment, and to my surprise I was not even on their schedule!
We all have options to go to different places, and I regret giving the benefit of the doubt to this company, I'm so disappointed! But then again... Who cares right!

Cleaners were very amiable and on time. In fact, arrived before the right before the alloted time window, which is always a plus in my book. I booked a move in cleaning of a 5/3 house. I would say more attention to detail could be applied on windowsills and door frames (as described on website move in / move out cleanings include a deep cleaning of the residence). Overall, good job. Bathrooms and kitchen were done great. I would use this company again for future cleaning services.

After viewing the work that was done we requested a refund. The owner agreed to do a partial refund (despite his 100% satisfaction guarantee) but then refunded a different amount.

When we reached back out with ADDITIONAL pictures of areas that were just not cleaned he sent us a rude text telling us he had chosen to move on from this matter.

Pictures from the oven they cleaned, the ceiling fan they dusted, the window they cleaned, the light fixtures they dusted. I'm not sure how he can in good faith believe he provided me with the services I paid for.
