The Longwood office is poorly managed. We used maidpro for nearly 5 years and witnessed a steady decline in service quality, personnel, only to be charged more. Large areas of our house were often neglected, and over time we had to wonder ‘why are we cleaning this ourselves, we’re paying for this?!’ I found the office difficult to work with, confrontational, and often flat out Rude. Our final straw came on our move out clean. Areas of our house were completely untouched. When I asked Jolene, the manager I guess if you can call her that, why some rooms, appliances, and outside areas lowered left untouched, she curtly stated “that’s not part of the package”. Bear in mind they charge you an extra 2 hours and only sent a one person crew. They state in their operations that they notify you if additional work is required. The only notification I got was my credit card charged. DO NOT hire this franchise! I wish I had fired them sooner.

I have trusted this service for over 3 years for a couple of my residences. They provide superior service and I have experienced a welcomed personal touch from each of the pros that have provided service. Aaron, Brenda, Lola, and now Michelle have all been extreme pleasures. I trust them all and am grateful for their continued excellent service.. specifically to their attention to detail and friendliness.

Haley B has been cleaning out home for 6 months and she is fantastic! She is very thorough and when I ask her to clean something specific she does it with a smile. We love her attitude and service provided!

We had been remodeling our house for a month and usually have Jennifer come biweekly, but postponed our cleaning due to the dust and mess in our house. Well, Jennifer was back yesterday and did not disappoint! She is very professional and does an amazing job! Our house was transformed, not only because of the remodel haha. I highly recommend Maid Pro but also Jennifer!

Maria did a FANTASTIC job on our apartment. We were very curious to see how much attention to detail there would be and she did not disappoint. From the baseboards to the air vents, everything was dusted and thoroughly cleaned. She even added some great personal touches such as organizing pillows and making our bed. We highly recommend this company and if you can, ask for Maria, you’ll be happy you did!

Jolene did her magic cleaning and refreshing my home. She is extremely hard working and has a wonderful attitude. I am so thankful, Jolene makes my life so much easier!

We just started using MaidPro and we love it. Kayla is our Pro and she does a phenomenal job cleaning. Blinds, window seals, headboards…things that are often forgotten, she remembers. Kayla is also caring with our pets. When we were on vacation, she took the time to empty my cats litter box and feed my fishes - even though I had a neighbor check on them daily. She’s very caring and we like Kayla!

The service we received from was over an beyond expectations. Our cleaner was professional, courteous, thoughtful, thorough. Thanks so much for your leaving us with a clean, fresh home. I highly recommend MaidPro and will definitely be using their service on a regular basis.

My wife hired this #MaidPro brand since they said they had a special deep clean service for move in after renovations. I was charged $506 two days before the appointment. They were supposed to have all the equipment and supplies for that task.
The day of the appointment arrived 2 ladies with only basic cleaning supplies and performed less than a regular cleaning. I saw them doing just light vacuuming and cleaning in some surfaces and bathrooms. Nothing even close to sanitizing toilets, tubs and appliances.
They said my contractor was there then would not be able to finishe their job. However the contractor was working on the ground floor and when I checked the second floor, there was dust everywhere, scale in the shower and the cabinets were not cleaned. Only when asked, one of the ladies went to do something there that was far from cleaning and sanitizing.
My wife complained to the company and they said nothing to do there. Clearly that brand overcharged me promising to perform a deep clean for after renovations but only doing regular cleaning for 4 hours.
I'd put 0 stars if available. Not to recommend at all.

Kayla from Maidpro is fabulous! She is very professional & knowledgeable about cleaning homes & using the proper cleaning products. She goes above and beyond to help with your cleaning needs. For example, she helped with my patio & garage in addition to inside the home. She pays a lot of attention to detail. Lucky to have her.

As a family new to the Orlando area, MaidPro has been the most professional, prompt & thorough company we’ve worked with from our initial deep clean to monthly visits. With a trust worthy team who will go the extra mile, there is none better than the MaidPro team!

I also have to mention that MaidPro assigns one person to work with you which has been phenomenal. The last company I worked with in Georgia had a revolving door of people, but not MaidPro. Tahalia works with our family & is the most joyful, compassionate person; not to mention her attention to detail not only leaves my home super clean but my family loves her!

Last week I had MaidPro do a deep cleaning of my mothers home as a gift to her for her retirement. The cleaning was so phenomenal and so detailed that I couldn't even believe my eyes when I saw the outcome. There had been what we thought were worn marks on the kitchen tile floor but it turns out it wasn't, one of the service providers got down on her hands and knees with some sort of stone and took it right up! What a great team of girls and money well spent, I will definitely be using MaidPro again!

My Pro Kayla was fantastic! She did an incredible job and was such a pleasure to have in my apartment. She was so pleasant. She was also was absolutely wonderful with my dog . The QA Supervisor was truly wonderful as well. What an overall great experience. I can’t wait to have Maidpro back!

I hired maid pro when I fired my cleaning lady. I thought I would use them until I found someone else. However, they do such a GREAT job, I’ve kept them. Erin leads all the girls and helps make sure everything is perfect. Joyce and Irma are great at organizing and cleaning my kitchen and doing laundry. Ms Ruthie, Darlene and Thalia are all very detailed and they treat my home like their own. If I need something else, or won’t be home, I contact Kay and she accommodates all my needs. I am overly cautious because of clovid. The girls wear masks and are always following social distancing rules. It makes me feel comfortable. If you want a service that has hard workers, and good people..... this is for you. I have nothing but great things to say about maid pro. Try them. You won’t be disappointed!

Marlon did a great job on 1/19/23. His attention to detail is excellent. He took his time to do a good job. There were a lot of nice little touches. 5 star rating for Marlon, but 4 starts for Maid Pro because they are expensive. That said, they are trustworthy, insured, and responsive, with quality employees..

Jolene does a wonderful job! She always shows up on time and is super reliable. We also love the little touches, thoughtful notes and “cleaning fairy” surprises! :)

My mother uses MaidPro's services and I used them off her referral. I have not been disappointed at all! Our cleaner, Kesha, has been an absolute delight! She is such a joy when she comes into our home and is even great with our 3 cats. Our house has never looked cleaner and everything is sparkling after she leaves. Kesha always leaves a personal touch like folding the toilet paper into a rose and she goes up and beyond to make everything feel homey. By far, she has been the best cleaner we have ever had and we could not say enough nice things about her.

From the moment we started our services with Gwen in the office, everyone from MaidPro has been professional and delightful. I definitely will be sticking with MaidPro and will refer them out to anyone looking for a reputable cleaning business in the area.

Haley showed up on time to complete our scheduled office clean, we have used MaidPro for the last 6 months and have had good to great service every time. This is such a great company! They're trustworthy and considerate with scheduling (we've had to move days here and there) and they always communicate any last minute weather impacts (ex: hurricane plans) and they truly have the best interests of their customers and employees at heart. They're pet friendly too! It's so great to come home to a sparkling clean house- and that's saying something for us with 5 cats and 3 dogs! We will sometimes add more cleaning areas (ex: extra bathroom) in every so often based on what our weeks looks like with work, and they always accommodate us when we request more time to add that in. I highly recommend their services, you won't be disappointed!

Jolene is amazing at maidpro. She has all sorts of hacks for getting stuff clean, never makes me feel embarrassed that I am not a neat, organized person, and is so friendly to chat with I'm almost late to work. She goes above and beyond. For example, she learned I was a teacher and gave me some extra stickers she had to give to my class. I had someone like this is Texas 6 yrs ago, but no one I had found in Florida did as good of a job or was as friendly. Even if they have to send a sub, the house looks great afterwards. The office is great too. Especially when having to deal with an issue when I moved (totally my fault). Highly recommend MaidPro.
