Absolutely don’t pay them in full until all the work is done. I thought they were great until my payment was made, six months later still broken promises. Buyer beware.

Service has fallen off extremely. When we first switched to them they were great. Now im canceling cause the pool guy doesn't even spend 4 mins here. Watched him today just dump chemicals and leave. Have had issues before of valves being left open and my pool being drained. Migaloo said they would get back to us on compensation and never did. Had to foot the water bill to fill it back up to where it needed, the drainage caused damage to new sod that had just been laid, and the new pump and motor were sucking in air for god knows how long causing God knows what damage. The last few weeks I'd even been testing him just to see. There was a small but visible Styrofoam cube floating in my pool for WEEKS. When I pay for a weekly service that's supposed to include skimming the top. My wife and I BOTH work from home and have observed the laziness and reported it multiple times. I've requested a different pool cleaner numerous times. My guess is the guy must be married to the owners sister or something. Even today when I complained, the guy lied and told the office he hadn't been to the property yet, apparently unaware that we work from home and have been observing him. Either way don't waste your money here. They're gonna rip you off with bad service and cost you more money in mistakes that the cleaner makes cause he won't get off his phone and pay attention for the 4 minutes that he is here.

Love our Maid Pro service! As a busy stay-at-home, working mom it’s something I look forward to on a biweekly basis - an extra clean home! I can always count on Haley to leave our home clean and up our standards.

Kayla did a terrific job for us today, the house sparkles now and smells great. She was courteous and worked well since we have a dog and both of us are working from home right now. She's a keeper!

Maidpro was recommended to me by a few other friends that have been using them for awhile. We recently moved to the area and I'm very happy with the service! The move in clean was great (missed a few things, but when they called to ask how it was and I told them about it, they sent someone out to fix it!). We also signed up for a biweekly service and Shanti was wonderful! Great work, and so nice to have another thing we don't need to stress about right now!

Another amazing clean by Jennifer S at our house. She is literally a life saver every week when she comes to clean our house. It's always sparkly clean and organized. She always does an fantastic job and makes my week so much eaiser.

Miss Ruthie is the best in the business. She not only has great attention to detail, but she adds heartfelt touches like fun stickers for our son. He always comes home the day Miss Ruthie cleans and races to his room to see how cute she set up his bed and stuffed animals. We highly recommend Miss Ruthie.

I regularly use MaidPro to keep my place clean and it's a fantastic service; Marlene and Layla have both done a wonderful job. It is well worth the money for us to be able to focus our time on other aspects of our lives without worrying about whether or not our place is clean!

Karen was my pro today, she did an amazing job cleaning my home. She is detail oriented and extremely thorough. She is friendly and has a positive attitude!

Our PRO was very professional and accommodating to our unique needs as we needed a cleaning after a house closing, but we weren't fully moving in yet. There was sufficient ground to cover and she didn't rush the job. We can't wait to have MaidPro return to perform the deep clean after renovations have been completed.

Michelle from Maidpro is awesome. She goes above and beyond. She has been providing cleaning for me for a few years. I look forward to coming home after she has been here. Well worth the price and the quality is top notch. The office is very good and attentive also.
