I just had my first clean with MaidPro and I’m very happy with it. Jaimy came to my apartment and she was so sweet and friendly. In every room I can see where she went above and beyond to make everything look brand new. Can’t wait until my next clean! My interactions with the office have been very professional and friendly as well.

Erin was the most amazing cleaner I have ever had! She did a very detailed job after I had renters move. She went above and beyond cleaning things I hadn’t even realized were dirty. I was hesitant writing this review because I want to keep her when I move back to the area. I can promise you won’t be disappointed! After talking to Maid Pros when I booked I feel confident if I had another person come in I would be equally happy.

Maria did a wonderful job in our home! Her attention to detail is appreciated - she thoroughly cleans the rooms requested including dusting, cleaning the baseboards, and making everything sparkle. She even organizes my toiletries/accessories in the bathrooms and organizes the dog leashes by our door. All of the dog hair is removed from the floors and the floors look and feel so clean! Thank you!

Shalynn is currently our service provider. Shalynn is so pleasant, we work from home and we now have a great way to ensure she has access to each of our home offices with little impact to conducting business. We have several pets and she is great with them and after she is done for the week you wouldn't know we have pets! Our home is fresh, clean and looks sparkly every week!

I have used many cleaning services over the years and my experience has been quite honestly, a nightmare every single time until now.

This was the easiest scheduling experience and easiest cleaning time I’ve ever had. Working 60+ hour weeks sometimes, it’s so hard to get deep cleaning done! My cleaner Kenia was on time, so sweet and so easy to work with. Kenia was amazing!! Thank you, Maidpro.

They missed alot and had to have someone come out and they still didn't get everything.paid way too much for nothing. I will never reccomend this company to anyone.

I was MOST DEFINITELY told the inside of the windows and cills would be cleaned. And there was not "years" of build up. It was dusty as heck but that house is in great condition cleanliness wise. Worked tirelessly means you don't even wipe the cabinets out in the bathroom?! Or dust the doorways?!
SIMPLE things were missed AND yall dropped my a/c down to 73° from 79°!? A "notch or two" is what I said was appropriate but hey, you don't have to pay the bill right?
$480 for all the simple things missed, was a COMPLETE RIP OFF. There is NO reason why there was dust on all my father's bedroom furniture, the bathroom vanities (inside) not wiped, the blinds in any room not even touched. So yeah, perfect is not what anyone is looking for. An ATTEMPT to make it look nice is what we want and it's not what I recieved.
Thank you for making the process of my father's passing more difficult and causing me to put in more work than intended.

I'm getting ready to put my parent's home up for sale. They were near 90 when they passed and the house hadn't been cleaned well for years. Ruthie and T were the sweetest, kindness and most thorough, hardworking ladies. I was so impressed with how different (clean!) everything was. They went above and beyond and I absolutely recommend them and will request them again if needed in the future.
