Never thought I would use a junk removal service, I am very much a do it yourself kinda gal, but I have been overloaded with life, and happened to come across a small crew from Junk shot consisting of Ray Jr, Patrick, and Lateef. They very quickly were able to help me on the spot, I didn't even realize how difficult it was going to be move a huge queen size frame including 7 drawers to it, moving it to the dump and dumping it, I am so grateful for your team, thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about the JunkShot Team. The price was not only cheaper than any of the competition (Junk King & 1800Junk both came out and gave me quotes twice the price!), but there was nothing cheap about the work done. From the representative Amber who was friendly and helpful which is all I’m ever looking for, to the work of Ivory & his associate (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) removing everything on my list in less than 30 minutes with literally no damage scratches marks, nothing! If you need junk removal of any kind DO NOT hesitate to hire this company and team.

We needed an old couch removed under extremely short notice. I submitted an online request and heard back within 24 hours and they were able to squeeze us in for the same day. They were also $30-$50 cheaper than the other quotes we received from 4 other companies. The guys came on time, were super quick and professional! The whole thing was quick and painless! Definitely will use them for junk removal on any future jobs!

I had a last minute junk out that needed done with mattresses with bed bugs. This team got me set up and within 24 hours they were on site and getting the work done quick. The service was great, the quote was spot on and the work was done fast and professionally.

Im definitely not one to ever write reviews but they deserve it. I moved into my new place a week ago and my garage was filled with empty boxes and moving materials that were too much to leave on the side of the road.
They were on time nice and early, called prior to showing up, gave me a great price and finished quickly. I definitely recommend!

You guys are doing an amazing job I couldn't ask for anything more. I wish I could take pictures right now of a clean bulk area but it's kind of full right now, besides that when they come they clean up the whole area for you and leave no mess or debris behind. They came and got the done quick and no complaints. Even was able to arrive a bit earlier which worked out perfectly. Pricing seems fair, and I was able to easily pay using my visa debit card😀 They moved a dresser, mirror, two night stands, headboard, old computer tower, a kids bench table, a wood coffee table, two end tables with round glass tops, a love seat, and a couch for the 469.00 price. I'm sharing that info for anyone who needs a "round about" estimate of how much 1/2 the truck covers at the $469 price. If you have more than this then you'll be in the next tiers, if you have less then you'll pay less than the $469...it all depends on the space used in the truck. I hope this helps someone. 🙏🏾

Update: about a week later furniture was delivered from Rooms to go. We had some mattresses and rails that we took to the dumpster ourselves and got a phone call from our apartment saying we had to take the mattress back home or to landfill or be fined 200 per day until it was removed! It was so stressful, we had to go back to the dumpster and bring the mattresses back home. We had no way of disposing it, so I made an appointment with Junk shot again and to my surprise they were able come get the mattresses within a few hours! I was so happy I didn't have to wait. This was a life saver and really took away so much stress of trying to figure out how to dispose the mattresses! When we need Junk removed again I'll be calling them for sure!

They took a bunch of old living room furniture for me. A love seat and a sofa and a bedroom set. I was in my office trying to sort out a work crisis, and they basically came and went. When I finally went into my living room I saw they had apparently chosen to drag my couches across my hardwood floor instead of carrying them. I contacted the company and they said a manager would be contacting me, and after a couple weeks I contacted them again, and they said the same thing and after a couple more weeks, I have heard nothing and am writing this review. They scratched the floors in about 4 different places. And all in high traffic, high visibility areas. So every time I walk through my hall into the living room I'm greeted with the site of heavily scratched, but otherwise beautiful hardwood floors.

From start to finish, Junk Shot provided me with great service. My service rep, Viki, kept in touch with me while I shopped for quotes and gave me all the information I needed to make a sound decision. The crew arrived earlier than expected and completed the load in no time. They were very kind and professional. Junk Shot made getting rid of my unwanted items totally stress-free and at the lowest price I was offered. Thank you guys so much!
