I called Jb's yesterday because my sprinklers zone would not shut off. John was here the very next day within estimated time he said he would arrive. He kept me aware of everything he was doing. I am now aware of where all my zones are without it being a mystery everytime I call a sprinker company. Great customer service. Thanks again!

I have been using Jb's Professional Services for many years mostly for monthly yard maintenance for my rental properties but also for other services, such as yard clean-up, tree trimming, light landscaping and roof/gutter cleaning. They have competitive pricing and timely follow through on their jobs. They are diligent about sending pictures of their completed work before requesting payment. For all the years I've used them, we've only had one miscommunication which resulted in one of my rental properties being dropped from the schedule. Generally, their email communication is clear and their replies are prompt.

My irrigation system is old and outdated; damaged pipes from roots and cracking, etc. causing challenges to John and his crew. But no challenge was too much for John. He and his helpers tackled all of the repairs. He was good about sharing ideas and suggestions for my sprinkling system. Very conscientious, polite and listens to his customers. I would definitely recommend John and will most likely reach out to him whenever I need his service. I'd like to note that Nick is a very pleasant young man working beside John and I wish him well with his training.

John was the technician I had, he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
He explained everything during the estimate visit that needed to be repaired. And as he worked on my sprinkler system he explained to me what he was doing.

I can’t speak highly enough about JB’s Professional Services. We had a broken sprinkler head that we needed to get fixed right away. I called several contractors for a quote and JB’s was not only the most responsive, but also able to send someone the fastest. The estimate was very reasonable and there were several easy options for payment. The technician was great and got everything fixed right away and even showed us how to make adjustments to the sprinklers ourselves. All in all it was a great experience working with JB’s. I’ll be recommending them to friends and family.

John and his crew were great to work with. The communication and punctuality were awesome. They said what they were going to do and worked hard to get the job done. They removed the old sod, assessed our sprinkler system and installed new sod. The price was fair and John let us know he’s happy to answer any irrigation questions we may have after the service. Our neighbors even hired them on the spot after seeing them working here. We look forward to enjoying our new grass!

John and his crew were courteous and professional. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they arrived in the time frame stated.

We had an excellent experience with this irrigation company. The owner was professional, kind, and truly attentive to our wants and needs. He worked around our schedule, came out to assess the property, and clearly explained what could be done. He then scheduled a convenient time to return and complete the work.

Throughout the process, he was respectful of both our time and our property, keeping us informed every step of the way. He installed three new sprinkler heads in our backyard—an area where our system had never worked properly before. The results have been remarkable: our lawn is now lush, green, and thriving, and our flower beds are blooming with vibrant color.

This company was phenomenal! The company and the gentlemen who came out to do the work are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and so helpful! They did quality work, and even removed some weeds that they saw in our sidewalk as a courtesy after they put down our new sod. They explained that their side come straight from a farm not a distributor, so it is much healthier than the pieces that you usually get from other companies. They took the time to explain the best way to care for it, and how to prevent weeds from taking over in the future. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs any sort of lawn or household maintenance work or repairs. I’m sure that their quality and standards go through out any of the services that they provide!

John & Eric did an amazing job for us. We've been wanting to add irrigation for some time to an oversized lot and JB made it affordable. Their expertise, planning & attention- to- detail helped us realize how they far exceed any other irrigation company we've used in the past.

John installed about 175 LF of beautiful backyard fence for my growing family. We basically needed it to keep my 2year old from running into the street — but John worked with me to come up with few options at different price points. We ended up going with a fairy standard board-on-board vertical picket fence with PT lumber (although John does a lot of beautiful horizontal ones as well). Here’s why I’m happy:

1. John was responsive in the estimating phase, and willing to give me multiple options to consider, including break out costs/add options for smaller things, like I really needed my back hedge trimmed before the fence went in.

2. The fence is just top notch, as John doesn’t use prefab fence panels, and, in his words “no wimpy boards”. He used all 2x4s and 5/8ths pickets which I know will last much longer.

3. Since each picket is installed individually, John was able to “follow the terrain” of my back backyard, so the fence looks natural. (I didn’t even know this was a thing, but it looks great)

3. Way better value than the big-box fence companies - a competitive price for a truly custom and quality fence.

4. We had a serious supplier delay on the material delivery (Almost 2 Weeks), due to COVID-19, but John pushed the supplier, and kept me informed the entire time.

5. John even as a business owner is out on site building and supervising, and he happens to be a perfectionist... so he was always two steps ahead of me regarding quality of the build.

Based on this positive experience with the fence, I’m looking forward to engaging JB Professional Services again on more improvements like sod, landscaping, etc.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I WOULD!!!!

John and his team did exactly what they said they would do and then some. I received a quote from John about a month prior to them break ground. In that month, John took the time to drive about 45-minutes or so to my home and explained what was wrong with our lawn, what the game plan would be, answered irrigation questions, and was honest about what parts of the lawn would need to be fixed and what would be left alone. John continued to make himself available by answering all my texts and phone calls for questions that came up along the way.

Our original quote expired and then we received an HOA violation so that means we were now in a time crunch. John reworked a second quote within seconds and didn’t even question why we waited so long to move forward with our 1st quote. We received the 2nd quote, paid immediately, and John and his crew were there!!!

2 out of the 3 men were not feeling their best that day. One had back problems and the other was coming down with a cold and yet they all pushed through and got our front yard looking brand new! THEY GOT US A NEW LAWN THE SAME DAY YALL!!! John was outside calling farms until he found grass, which he did, and this man drove and did what he needed to ensure they got the pallets of grass that day and so they can lay them out before it got too dark outside.

In the end of it all, these men worked until the sun went down to ensure I did not get an HOA violation the next day. I was able to beat this violation by 1 DAY thanks to these hardworking men.

Their dedication and love for this field shows. John even made sure to blow and hose down any dirt that was on our driveway and sidewalk. LIKE, they were really there for me and have my back when it comes to this lawn for real.

MY HOME LOOKS BRAND NEW THANKS TO THESE MEN! They deserve EVERY penny you give them! And as you see, their work speaks for itself. Just call JB’s already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Above and beyond on all counts! Prompt & courteous from the moment they answered my call to the next day service where they tackled a job no one else would even take a look at. I had a fence buried under vines and brush that needed to be removed. The vines had grown up the house and into a large oak. Not only did JB's team complete the job the day after I called, they cleaned the block foundation, removed piles of leaves, and mowed! That's service! And did I mention ... very fair pricing. Add them to your contacts. They do it all!

First off, my man John is the REAL DEAL. I had issues with my last landscaping company and I was anxious to find another one but look no further if you fall onto JB’s Professional Services page. I reached out for a quote and he was at my property same day to take a look and talk to me. A few days later, my lawn and backyard are spotless. This guy cares about his work and will constantly communicate with you through the whole process. Thank you again John!

If I could give John 10 stars, I would. He made the overgrown and scary- beautiful and great. Not to mention, he squeezed me into his day. We walked the property- had a laugh or two- and got at it. He's very professional and is worth it!!! He mowed, trimmed, edged, raked and blew. THANK YOU SOO MUCH
