Don't be fooled like we were by their charm and eagerness to give you "the most beautiful lawn on the block". This has been the worse experience we've ever had with a service provided by a local business. We hired them to re-sod our front lawn and repair/upgrade our irrigation system and everything went well up to about 1 week after completion. The lawn started to quickly die about 3-4 days in and this is not due to a watering issue. They set up our sprinkler system on an automatic program that ran at a specific time daily, this was done with the company directly.

We followed all instructions but this sod was BAD from the start. JB's agreed that the sod was bad and went to file a warranty claim with the sod farm. After finding out the farm he works with no longer offered it, he said there was nothing else he could do. He agreed the sod was bad and no amount of perfect care/weather would've helped it grow properly. We asked them to work with us on a resolution that we could all agree on, he went silent. They did not even entertain a conversation of meeting in the middle and each party giving and taking a little.

This is so disappointing. Please don’t fall victim like we did and take your business to someone who will honor their word when selling you a service! The field rep, John, claims to not be the owner yet all evidence points to him. He sends all issues and concerns to the “owner” yet you never hear back from them. He does this to cover himself of any liability. Shaddy business.

Last but not least, he only accepts cash or platforms like zelle, venmo, or cashapp, this should’ve been our first red flag. He does this to not have to be held accountable like he would be if customers paid with a credit card. Nice guy when you meet and work with him, but will turn on you quickly when things go wrong and does not honor what he says.

These photos speak for themselves! Our lawn was a sad dried up dirt patch before and now it is so lush and green thanks to JB’s Professional Services. John and his team were quick to answer all my questions, scheduled my resod fast and got everything removed and installed in one day! We followed all the aftercare instructions given to us and we really couldn’t be happier with the result of our lawn. It’s never looked this good!

I hired John after getting a couple of different quotes from a couple different companies. John had the best price and started working on our system right away. Within a couple days of constant hard work the job was complete and he even went ahead and cleared out my garden bed for me without asking. 10/10 would recommend a great price and high quality work. I also really appreciate the user friendly irrigation system he installed, as most places install a lower end manual input irrigation module.

absolutely incredible! worked nonstop all day to get our sprinkler system perfect — replaced the valve, fixed sprinkler heads, and installed a new system from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we knew how to operate it. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. Honest, knowledgeable, and hardworking — and the price was unbeatable. Highly recommend JB Professional services for anyone needing irrigation or repair work done right! Support your community!

Buyer Beware of JB's Pro Services LLC!!! After getting 3 quotes for sod replacement, I hired JB's Pro Svc, LLC because "John" said I needed Seville sod as I have an Oak tree in front yard and he was the only one who could get it.

Also recommended I add a 4th sprinkler line and to cap off two current sprinkler heads and put in a drip line for my shrubs by walkway and flowers. So that was another 500 on top of the 1300.00 for sod. That was my hard earned $ I gave "John."
The sod had brown patches when first put down but he said "water 2 times a day, don't mow for 3-4 weeks and let Mother Nature take its course." Well I did exactly that. The sod got plenty of water and afternoon sun and it it has been dying since day 1. I have emailed, called and texted "John" over 10 times and he responded ONE time saying "sod isn't guaranteed." My automatic sprinkler system has only worked once since he messed with it and the drip line is shoddy work and does not give adequate water to shrubs or my flowers and I have to hand water! I had another lawn company come out and they said looks like the sod "John" put down came from 2 different batches, one good and one bad and the drip lines needs tubing on both sides of the shrub to water sufficiently, not just on one side as "John" did.
I have asked "John" to provide owners contact info and he just ignores me! I received one email from someone named "Jerome" who I believe is one and the same as "John." Think about that .....a person who bases their business on a lie right out the gate. He doesn't want people to know that he in fact is likely the owner so he doesn't have to deal with complaints or follow through.

My HOA requires green grass and now I'm in a bind because "John" won't even provide any customer Svc to help remedy this situation. What an unscrupulous way to run a company. I never make final payment for a job until done 100% and done to my satisfaction, but "John" badgered me into paying him in full by repeating "you're going to get me demoted if I don't close this job out." He played on my good nature and kindness which is deplorable. I'm hoping by posting this that no one else goes through this experience with JB's Pro Svc LLC because "John" is all "buddy buddy I love what I do kind of guy" until he has final payment, then he's just another unscrupulous person trying to make a buck off hard working people like you and I. I tried for weeks to give him the benefit of the doubt to come out and help me remedy the situation and NO response, so this left me no other choice. If karma is true, I hope it comes knocking on his door.

I had a great experience with this company when they came out to fix my sprinklers. Justin was pleasant, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly and made the necessary repairs efficiently. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend JB's Professional services to anyone needing sprinkler repair.
