These guys did a great job! We had a pretty big project including a wooden fence removal, chain link fence removal, several trees on our property line that had to come down as well as an old shed. They built the new fence from scratch and its amazing. The craftsmanship is beyond what was expected. Communication was top notch, we had an estimate quick and the job started soon after. The price was fair and we look forward to using them again for landscaping in the future.

I had a large tree removed from my front yard and needed my lawn leveled and new sod installed. John was very informative and explained the different sod types and benefits of each variety. He also explained how to care for the lawn after installation. John went above and beyond, removing a lot of excess dirt, and also ended up removing several tree roots that had been left behind. He not only did an outstanding job but also let me know that if I had any questions or concerns to just call, text or email him. My new lawn looks wonderful and I would highly recommend JB’s Professional Services !

I was very pleased with my service with Jb’s Professional Services! First off. When I called, someone actually answered the phone and not a machine. He was on time! He was an expert! He got my sprinkler system working for the first time in a couple months. He was running out of day light doing the job but he did not leave until he got the job done right. John was very kind and professional! I strongly recommend him for any service. He will be the first to call when I need more work to be done at my house!!

John impressed us right away with his vast knowledge and attention to detail. We had by far the worst lawn in the neighborhood with weeds to our knees. Thanks to John we now have and amazing lawn one we are extremely proud of. Once scheduled John was always on time stayed late if needed and the quality of work in our opinion is unmatchable.

I had an emergency with the irrigation system in my new home..I needed someone to provide same day service, Jonathan was responsive and willing to help. When he arrived he took the time to explain to us what the issue was and how he would be able to help. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Looking to work with Jonathan again. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by JB's Professional Services. Our experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

While we were away on vacation, JB's was scheduled to come by, a detail that was discussed and agreed upon beforehand. However, while we were away, we discovered that our sprinkler system had been manipulated as the water company alerted us that our sprinklers ran excessively from 10am-8pm and 9am-5pm on consecutive days. We had to urgently call our neighbor to turn off the system to prevent further water waste and potential damage.

This incident had never occurred before, and the only person who accessed our property was the employee from JB's. When we contacted JB's Professional Services immediately after, they dismissed the possibility that their employee was responsible. To support our claim, we obtained hour-by-hour usage data from our water company and reviewed footage from our camera system, which clearly showed the issue arose only after their visit.

My husband requested to speak with a manager or the owner but received no response. A few days later, when I called, I was repeatedly interrupted by the field supervisor. Once I finally managed to explain the situation, the supervisor found it unusual as well and promised that either he or the owner would call me back that same day. Unfortunately, no one ever did.

I called again today and was sent to voicemail. Although I received an immediate response promising a callback, it never happened. This pattern of poor communication and lack of accountability is deeply concerning.

I highly recommend anyone considering JB's Professional Services to proceed with caution. Our simple request for a refund has been ignored, and the company's supervisors and owner/manager appear to disregard the importance of customer service and follow-through.

My family and I moved into a new property and wanted to have our irrigation looked at to make sure everything was working. We were also aware that the property had several leaks. We just could never find them. After calling various irrigation companies and getting nowhere with them, we called JB's. Jonathan came out the very same day and immediately found all the problems no one else was able to find. We were highly impressed! We have never met anyone as thorough as John. We will never turn to another irrigation company ever again. Thank you so much! We are so happy.

John at JB’s Pro Services did a first-rate job repairing my sprinkler system. He replaced one value, adjusted several sprinkler heads and patiently educated me on maintaining my whole yard. He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and did what he said he would do. He was also affordable. Well worth the money!
