Called to get information and gentleman was very insulting and rude on first conversation. All I wanted was for someone to come out and get ideas for my yard for landscaping as I’m getting a pool constructed and insulted my pool company and any other pool company in the Orlando area. Don’t recommend this company.

The drawings met all City code and pass on first review. Would recommend Land Art Landscaping to other owner or developer throughout Florida especially with all the ongoing rigorous code changes.

i just wanted to post this , i am an itt tech student and Mr. Randal Baker was my draft and design instructor in my first quarter of school and i wanted to give him this heart felt thank you for caring enough about what he does to put his heart and soul into everything he does, he has rekindled the fire in me to be the artist that i was once because he cares, and by the way he is one of the best teachers i have ever run across out side of my own father,, thank you very much Mr Baker and many more years of continued success at your service. People reading this and contemplating hiring his firm to do your landscape work or anything he offers, this guy is the BEST because HE CARES !!!!!!!

Scammer! Very rude! I tried to call to make an appointment so I can have the whole backyard redone with a pond common grass in the garden but this company without even knowing who I am yelled at me stating that I had cold after hours, as if it is my fault that he answered, and told me he did not want to work for me because of all that! Obviously they charge so much money they don't need to make any more from me and I'm glad that at least he hung up on my face instead of wasting my time hire him and having to deal with somebody who does not deserve any customers ever. He's obviously in the wrong line of business and probably doesn't know what he's doing anyways.

PS told you they are rude, look at the reply. I never go to St Cloud, they don't even know what I am talking about. STAY AWAY

I’ve worked on several of Land Art’s projects in the past. Phenomenal architect to work with. Always there if I had a question. Truly an amazing creative mind. My best work was his designs. I’d recommend Land Art to anyone in residential or commercial.

I signed a contract with this company on 10/30 and gave them 50% of the proposed costs in addition to $400 for an hour long meeting to take photos of my property.

Part of my design was to have been a gift for my children for the holidays which I was told is feasible, is mentioned in the contract. But holidays came and went with ZERO communication from this company. I understand the contract does not guarantee any time line, but why set false expectations and not even call to say this deadline will not be met.

I began trying to contact this company in December. I left 2-3 voicemails and have yet to receive a phone call back. I have sent 4 emails to which I received only one response on 1/6:
“ I am back in town and will meet with the graphics guy that is completing the graphics portion of this on Saturaday. I will hope to have th design to you next week and will press him to make that happen.”

Since that email there has been zero communication. In fact I have not spoken to this company since they day the picked up my check.

I understand that design process takes time, but it has been over 3 months and the complete lack of communication and follow through is appalling.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. How can you not even return a phone call?!

Obtain a great design for my pool area. They were very responsive and listened to my requests and provided some excellent suggestions as well. Highly recommended!!

Randall is very talented at his profession! He takes the time to listen to your needs for your home. Also, giving some great feedback with his experience. My landscape looks so beautiful!

Wow!!! These guys really know how to transform your backyard.. I can’t begin to say enough about this company! We are blown away happy with the result! Not to mention Randall is a delight to do business with, he is responsive, knowledgeable, vastly experienced and not to mention friendly.. Would give 6 stars if I could!

My husband and I had just purchased a 90 year old Spanish style home in Thornton Park. The backyard was tiny and the neighbors’ homes were very close. Randall not only designed a pool, he designed our private oasis! Our new resort style area included a pool with sun deck, hot tub, custom iron lanterns, palm trees with up lighting, a free standing wood/gas stucco fireplace, a cedar pergola with flowering vines, surrounded by stucco privacy walls accented with coquina stone, mixed with native plants, Birds of Paradise, lush Mast trees, and wonderful citrus trees!! I have to say we were AMAZED at the outcome!! Randall Baker is so creative, attentive, and responsive. We’re still blown away at how our postage stamp backyard became our private resort! Highly recommend Land Art Landscape Architecture!
