When my fiance and I first moved here, we were unaware that our house was in a HOA neighborhood. A week went by and we received a letter regarding our grass being too high and we would get fined if we didn't take care of it asap. I was searching for lawn service and Elijah was the only one who replied back immediately. He just needed pictures of the front and back yard to give me a quick estimate. He came that Friday and since then have been coming here bi weekly. I am sad to say that we are moving but I highly recommend Elijah!

We first contacted Elijah at VistaValley because he was highly recommended by several members of our neighborhood social media group. He is professional, reliable and his work with maintaining our lawn was superb. I was saddened when our new property management company for our rental house offered landscaping and pool services with their preferred contractors. I would definitely hire again if we get the option in the future.

I've used this lawn care service for several years now. Always come on appointed day. Easy to work with when extra services are needed. Pricing is very fair. Rarely raises prices so I can count on consistency which is important to me in retirement. I have always found owner to be honest, kind, responsive, respectful and willing to assist, even repeatedly going above and beyond what you would expect for lawn care, landscaping care, sprinkler maintenance, etc. Our HOA also uses this company and they have proven to be the best one the HOA has ever had. I've included in services used both personally for my home and for the HOA. Highly recommend this business.

As a property manager, it is hard to find quality services, but I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the Jep’s Lawn Care team! Very professional, caring and great follow up. I highly recommend them!

Their employees are SO RUDE!! They take care of the pond property on Econ/Lee Vista behind our house early in the morning so I'm not a customer. 2 of them ride their mowers between our house and the tree line of the woods, which is maybe 10-12ft. One morning, they ruined part of our hose when it was on the side of our house!! They just rode right over it!! They ride over the water pipe in our yard too, always throws the lid off sometimes in the woods. The next time they came through, we talked to them so we could tell them to stop riding on our property. "The one in charge" said (in completely broken English) that we needed to talk to his boss but I couldn't really understand him so my husband came out, spoke to him and we were told he can't stop going that way because his boss tells him to go through there. The problem with speaking to his boss is that the 2 guys are dropped off at the property....while the boss goes somewhere else, I presume. So I can't find the boss without following them and it's always early in the morning!! It's just VEERRRYY unprofessional.

I'm also out of a hose until I can get a new one.

We have contracted JEP’s Lawn Care Corp for several years.
JEP’S Lawn Care is responsible for our Communities lawn maintenance which includes lawn cutting, fertilization, weed control, sprinkler repair, mulch,tree and plants to name a few.

JEP’s Lawn Care is the real deal Professional, Professional and did I mention Professional.

I have never been disappointed, We rely on JEP’s Lawn Care recommendations, very knowledgeable especially with plant selection, soils, techniques growing shrubs,and bedding plants.

JEP’s Lawn Care are vey dedicated and professional, and are not interested in doing something simply to make a buck. Instead, they work carefully with you, to insure they understand your vision and your budget.

It would be a mistake not to hire them.

I hired Mr. Pineda and his team to manage the "green" parts of my home on the east side of Orlando for four years between summer 2014 and summer 2018. I struggled for two years to find a competent company to handle everything for me, which had to include weeding the flower beds and managing the shrubbery in addition to lawn, fertilizer, edging, etc. I tried three previous vendors and was unsatisfied and wound up being in non-compliance with the HOA by the end of it. Mr. Pineda came in with his team and re-invigorated the property and everything was BEAUTIFUL for the four years we employed JEP's. I cannot recommend this company more highly. They do both residential and commercial. You won't be disappointed!

Jose and his team always do exceptional, prideful work. I would use him for any job! They pay attention to detail while being quick. Jose himself is one of the most kind and genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with.

We've used Jep's for our monthly landscaping, irrigation, and projects. Jose was personally involved in the planning of each project and recommended details based on his experience, which was greatly appreciated. Each project was completed within the estimates provided and was completed in a timely manner. Our community's landscape looks absolutely stunning and we highly recommend Jep's Lawn Care.
