The finished product is admirable.

So i live Next Door to a job they are doing. They were told to use wetsaws only. Due to the Concrete Paver Dust LANDING ALL OVER MY SCREEN ENCLOSURE POOL DECK AND HOUSE. NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL WORKERS (ONLY 1 SPOKE ENGLISH).MY FAMILY IS HALF SPANISH AND HALF IRISH. I WILL BE HAVING SOFT TOUCH COME OUT AGAIN TO PROFESIONAL CLEAN AGAIN. MY LAWYER SAID TO GIVE THE BILL TO YOU FIRST AND 7 DAYS NOT PAID THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE SERVED. BE WARY AND DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY. Guys did a great job resetting sunken pavers around the deck and cracked blocks around the waterfall. They knocked it out pretty quick on something that would have taken me a weekend or 2 to do.

Ed and his team were excellent through out the project! Very thorough in helping us think out our project, on time for the work, and they made sure we were happy with the results. Highly recommend them!

We love atlantic stonework. We have had some pavers done by them over the years. We just recently got our porch done and it’s beautiful. They are always so easy to work with and do great work. Definitely recommend them. They were so helpful and professional!

Had a 20 by 20 pad put in out front under a big bench. Crew was awesome! From start to finish, was a pleasure working with them. Pavers were order and delivered on a Friday, job installed and completed before noon on Monday. Cleaned up all dirt, grass and swept up extras after they were done. Would definitely use them again for any other paver work. Highly recommended

Great experience with Atlantic Stonework. They did paver work around our pool and repairs to our driveway. We found them to be very responsive and professional.

Ed was very unprofessional and quite rude in his communication.

When Ed came out to do the estimate, he said excavation would be $650 for my project. Text from him below.

"No machinery needed. If you want excavation it will be another $650.00 added to the quote we sent. I left it out because I was under the assumption you wanted to save money."

When the quote was sent excavation was $847. When i inqured about the difference and asked him to honor the previously discussed price, Ed sent the message below.

"Brad, unfortunately I can't honor that as I don't do estimates. I stated that the 1st time we met. Perhaps it may be best that you look into finding another company to complete your project. When we do a project it's our policy that both parties are in agreement with the price and details. Much appreciated. Ed"

Crossings Community Church in Sanford, Florida recently hired Atlantic Stonework to remove all of our old pavers and replace them with beautiful new pavers. The entire job from start to clean-up was done in a very timely and professional manner. Both the pavers and workmanship represent the quality we were seeking for our property. We secured three bids and while Atlantic Stone was a bit higher we felt they were the most knowledgeable. Ed was our project manager and until the end of the job we thought he was the owner, he was so conscientious. He was always available and did a great job of explaining everything. The crew arrived early and completed the job ahead of schedule. The workmanship was superb. They built a wall, columns and extended our pavers. They even removed the old pavers and brought them level with the new pavers. The transition was flawless. They cleaned everything up and took away all of the garbage. I would highly recommend Atlantic Stonework.

This company was selected to install the travertine tile for my pool decking. I didn't have a choice, they were chosen by the company that installed my pool.

They did a horrible job. When I pointed out the flaws the foreman tried to intimidate me into accepting the job as acceptable. He was a muscular, in shape guy who would have easily beat me up if punches started flying. He got in my face and yelled that the install was perfect.

However, I am a Marine veteran and it is not in my DNA to back down from a fight. Once he saw I could not be intimidated, he then tried to convince me that installing cracked tiles with uneven cuts was "industry standard". As well as the tiles not being level.

I've included a couple of photos to show some flaws, but there were many more.

A more professional contractor attempted to fix their work but after 40 man hours of additional work and replacing about 1/3 of the tiles it still is not quite right.

Stay away from these guys, they are horrible and will attempt to intimidate you into accepting their poor workmanship.

In the photos the tiles with tape on them are marked as they are cracked and this company tried to pass off as acceptable.

I have used Atlantic Stonework twice and have been more than satisfied each time. The first was a major job, replacing driveway/parking areas and redoing pool decking with supporting deck, sidewalks and hardscape. They implemented an intricate design by my landscape architect. They used their skills to make vertical adjustments so everything looks great and functions right. The second job was building stone steps down a hill toward a lake. They had to match three existing landing areas, which was pretty complicated. They did a great job and the steps work great and are a real impact element of the overall landscaping plan. I highly recommend Atlantic Stonework.

We had an amazing experience with Ed and his crew! Ed came out and measured and gave us a quote! The day the workers showed up, we were in awe of how fast they cleared out the grass and leveled the dirt. The pavers were so nice and Ed recommended that I use a darker paver to outline the whole area!! I am so glad we did because it looks amazing! I get so many compliments on my outdoor space! The fire pit looks so good and we plan to call Ed again when we put the pool in next year!! Thanks so much to Ed and his crew!!

Highly recommend! First off, I am not the type to review business but we were so impressed with the employees and the work I felt compelled to review. We hired Atlantic stonework to tear out old stones left from the previous home owner and lay new pavers for our backyard space. Everyone we dealt with was great. We had the pleasure of meeting Ed Lutz who came out before the job was started to review project plans and expectations. He was incredibly professional and straight forward. Within a few days a small crew came out and had the entire job done in about 5-6 hours (10x13 paver patio with a walkway). Ed returned the next day to ensure everything was complete and that we were satisfied. We have also recommended this company to friends of ours, and all have had great experiences. This company will get any future paver projects we have.

Avoid at all costs! Pool deck is barely 2 years old and looks like this. Pavers sinking, uneven cuts, major tripping hazard. The install crew was four guys that just rolled into town that they subcontracted out.

They will not warranty their work, as soon as they found out it was me calling, their manager blocked my number. Extremely unprofessional, these guys do not know what they are doing.

Alberto Belloso was professional and amazing to work with. He addressed our concerns and saw to the small details of the project. It was mesmerizing watching Italo, our install turn our project on paper into a dreamscape around our pool. From retaining wall to pool decking to sun deck, the craftsmanship is artistic and beautiful.

Alberto and crew are consummate professionals! When we had our pool installed Atlantic Stonework was the paver contractor chosen by our pool contractor to perform the work. They did an amazing job start to finish. We liked the work so much we had them return again to perform an extension for an exterior patio and sidewalk. Great job, highly recommended!
