Went to buy a real Christmas tree and they said no one was working in the garden center because they're short staffed well then close your garden center down so I don't waste my time

I love Home Depot. Just ask my kids. Today was an Easter Hunt in the Garden Center. The Employees were really into it. Very Cool.

Good selection in the garden section. Employees loaded all into my trunk as I am 72 yrs old and don't have ability to lift mulch etc.

Love the garden center. They have some great prices on citrus right now and this particular garden center always has a large assortment of herbs for anyone's garden or kitchen

Sunday mornings always busy, a little understaffed but didn't have to wait more than 5 mins for help w chain. Lost 1-star for having fake Xmas trees before Halloween; I needed flower seeds- this is Orlando, not Boston.

Very unhappy today with service. Stood waiting 15 minutes in the garden center while the cashier struggled to get help because her register would not turn on. She even entered the store and no one would come out to help her. I had a flatbed and cart FULL of mulch, flowers and garden supplies. I had to schlep it into the store. I stoppped at “customer service where 2 employees were chatting away and told them she needed help in garden. They continued to chat.
They closed 2 registers as I approached leaving only one and self checkout. Aisle 11 would not accommodate my flatbed...... at this point my harmonious mood went out the window. I told the self checkout person (covering 4 registers) that I had no choice but have him ring me up.
Poor poor customer service. 👎🏻
