Saw their ad on Facebook. Messaged them and in a few minutes they responded and I had an appointment. They arrived on time and took an hour to do. They were quick, quiet, and did what I wanted. I wish I would’ve took before and after pictures because there’s a huge difference in my natural stone. The stone looks brand new. I’m very happy with my experience!!

AS A BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF I JUST WANT TO WARN YOU BEFORE YOU GO THRU WHAT I JUST DID.
HE LEFT MY COUCH AND CARPETS A MESS. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM EVEN IF THEY WERE FREE.

CAME 1 HR LATE AND SHOWED UP WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HIS EQUIPMENT IS NOT WHATS PICTURED. ITS OLD AND LEAKS.

SAVE YOURSELF THE REGRET. I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME ON POSTING IF I DIDNT FEEL SO ROBBED OUT OF MY MONEY. IT BOTHERS ME ALOT TO KNOW THERE IS SUCH A BAD SERVICE PROVIDER PREYING ON US VIA MARKETPLACE

HE LEFT THE FLOORS COMPLETLY WET. THE COUCH DIRTY AND SCRATCHED. I ENDED UP CLEANING IT MYSELF W A SPOT REMOVER MACHINE. PATHETIC!

THE CARPETS WERE PARTIALLY CLEANED. ALOT ALOT OF SPOTS MISSED. NOW THE CARPET HAS A ZEBRA PATTERN.

I CANT STRESS ENOUGH HOW BAD HIS SERVICE WAS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND HIRE ANOTHER OF THE MANY CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES.

He was very prompt he was professional and the grout on my tile floors came out beautiful and he sealed it as well I'm very happy and I would recommend this company anytime and he's very polite thank you wave service

Diego was very knowledgeable and punctual and hard working and provided remarkable service in a timely manner and service was at a great price compared to many others also i contacted many other company's and they were very expensive ..i would recommend cleaning wave service to everyone and also accepts zelle which is very convenient

Omg My floors were a mess.
We installed new tile 3 weeks ago and the sealer didn't work so everyone I cleaned them it didn't clean
So we called Diego at Cleaning Wave. He restored my floors to new and I can now apply a new sealer and polish. They saved me from scrubbing the floors again on my hands and knees w a magic eraser. Thank you for all. Your help it looks amazing and now we can refinish the floor again.

👎👎 I am absolutely blown away at what a TERRIBLE SERVICE this company provided. My carpets were stained by their old machine. The wheels had rust. The hoses dripped all over my wood floors. They scratched the corners of the walls pushing around that big machine. He left a stain that wasn't there before. He smirked and walked away when I pointed that out to him after he had been paid in advance. Im so upset and at a huge loss now.

The carpets and upholstery look and smell great and I’m really happy with the grout staining - it brightened the floor and gave the room a nice lift! Great experience! Diego was super friendly and communicative, paid close attention to detail, and did an amazing job cleaning our white couch (left it like new!) and grout in our white polish tile. Fair pricing and excellent service all around — I’d definitely recommend them to family/friends and will use them again in the future!

I found this company through instagram, Diego responded quickly and was able to get me scheduled within a few days. He advised when he would be arriving and once the job was completed! Pricing was great and I am very satisfied with the quick and efficient service!

Used this company to clean our vinyl flooring. Vinyl flooring cleaning is kinda of an uncommon service. Not everyone offers this. So because of this I was worried to find someone who would do this and do a good job. Diego showed up on time, executed the task, and did a phenomenal job. My carpets and couch desperately needed a good clean after 2 years of spot cleaning after kids. After a full service carpet clean and upholstery clean on my sectional,they took LAYERS of dirt and grime off. I am very happy with the results! Would def recommend
