Nancy was assigned to clean my home by Craig. She did a great job! Craig communicated all the details to me and kept me informed. Nancy showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the home. She was very detailed. She even cleaned the tracks of my sliding glass doors! She was a pleasure to deal with and I will be requesting her services again. Craig followed up with me and I would highly suggest Dean of Clean. Thank you for a great job!

Debbie did an amazing job doing a detail clean of my apartment. This is the second time I’ve used them for detail clean when I’ve had company coming, and I can tell you I always can breathe a little easier knowing that my house is completely clean, it looks great. It smells clean. It is totally worth it to take the burden off when you know you have a bunch of guests coming over. Would definitely use these guys again.

Dean of Clean was very helpful with getting my townhouse organized. They are very professional and treated me with courtesy and respect not just as another customer. The prices are very reasonable and whoever they send to clean your place does a very thorough job. I had a deep cleaning and the service they provided went far beyond my expectations. They also ensure safety by contacting when their tech is on the way and sending you a pic of the person as well as their name. I will use them again and have already referred a couple of people to them.

Customer service was on spot. I had the pleasure of being sent Laura to my home to help with my project. Laura was friendly and helpful with suggestions to assist me that I plan to ask for her in the upcoming weeks. Dean of Clean did not disappoint!!

This team is amazing. I work full-time and just don’t have the energy to keep up with deep cleaning. They come once a month now and it’s the best decision I’ve made. Everything from the bathroom tiles to the inside of my microwave looks brand new every time. Highly recommend!

We scheduled for a Friday for them to come and clean. I needed them to come because we had a party that same night. When I texted them to confirm that the cleaners would be there, they told me they were unavailable. They didn't tell me this the day before or anything, it was only because I texted them and asked.

We hired Dean of Clean to clean the new home we bought. It was completely empty when the cleaners arrived. We went to do a walkthrough after they told us they were done and the floor was still very dirty- granted, we had just had new flooring installed and there was a solid layer of dust. We asked them to go back over the floors again. It appeared they were just using a mop pad instead of a proper mop and bucket for a heavier clean. We also had to ask them to go back over all our blinds as it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, as well as our fans.

When I went back a second time after they told us they had mopped again, my socks still came up black after just a few minutes. Additionally, we found they had missed cleaning out several drawers and a large spot in our freezer. When we called and explained, the owner sent a cleaner out for a third pass the next morning. The floors were still gritty with dirt, but it was our moving day and we had movers coming so we had to let the cleaner go.

Setting 3 stars because they did come back out and do three passes, but still didn’t get the floors fully clean. They offered to take 10% off our invoice which was kind. But they seemed rushed and the clean wasn’t very thorough. We still have to mop again, which is frustrating bc we were trying to have a clean house to move into.

Destyni did an amazing job with getting the house nice and clean. Very pleasant, friendly and timely. Definitely would recommend and use Dean of Clean again.

They did an amazing job with our move-out deep clean! Super punctual, paid great attention to detail, and left the place looking spotless. Made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

They did not do the job they told me they were gonna do.And they have not refunded any of my money. I had to actually hire another company and I provided the cleaning material. And it worked. I would never use Dean of clean again.Total scam

Called to have a move out clean done - 25% of total requested to book before any service performed? Absolutely not - no work, no payment. Super scammy.

Cadence and Alex did a very thorough job and were timely and extremely polite. I also very much appreciate that the company hires real, American people to do the work.

Latest Final Update - they sent an excellent cleaner today and made this situation right. She did an excellent job. Thank you Craig for fully resolving this issue. I have changed the stars to 5 and appreciate your professionalism.

UPDATE - Craig called me directly, he is the owner and seems to want to make this right. I hope to change this review to something more positive in a few days. I understand things happen. I will know more soon and hope we can get this issue on track so I can make this a positive review in a few days.

INITIAL REVIEW - - They were 1.5 hours late and left before the job was finished. They took a 25% deposit then charged me $415.00 for a poor job. They left many areas dirty. I think they use bad cleaners. Now they want pictures and are trying to wear me down to prove it was a bad job, instead of sending a supervisor to see how poor the cleaning was.

We had Debbie from Dean of Clean come to our new home and clean it from top to bottom. She was amazing. The house sparkled and smelt so refreshing when she was done. We highly recommend Debbie and Dean of Clean

I had three appointments scheduled with the company. The first appointment, they did not come out on the agreed upon day, they came the next day. The second appointment, they were four hours late. On the third appointment, they said they were running late again, and I told them not to bother. They sent someone anyway, which honestly, incensed me more. At that point they had lost my business. When they show up, they did a decent job. If you have flexibility, maybe this will work for you, but if you are a busy professional, this is definitely not the company for you.

Paid $349 for a deep clean of my 3bd/2ba rental home before moving in. I specifically requested a deep clean because the previous renters had the house in a deplorable condition. I wasn't around to check up on the work being done on cleaning day due to work commitments. I came to check on the house 2 days later and see a kitchen drawer full of dead roach eggs. The baseboards were still dingy, and the insides of the closets were still dusty. Creases in the windows panes were also still grimy. The only thing that was cleaned to my liking were the walls. I am very disappointed with the service I received for all the money I paid. I would recommend making the time to clean your home the way you like it instead of hiring out.

I don't normally hire cleaners, but the house desperately needed a reset ahead of a Christmas party we are hosting. Cadence and her partner arrived promptly and made every corner of the house sparkle in ways that it hasn't in a long time. I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them for cleaning needs in the future.

Amiee came and did a move out clean and did the most amazing job! I 100% recommend her! She walked me through everything and even worked around my family moving things in and out of the house! Great price and perfect service!

Craig, the owner has been incredibly thorough with communication as I needed a deep clean at my sister’s house and I live on the other coast and found him on google. Pamela and Connie did a fantastic job getting my sister’s house sparkling clean. The before and afters were amazing!
