Annie’s cleaning services and their team did a phenomenal job. I needed a deep clean in the harder to reach/clean areas - to which they sent an estimator and within a few days I had my service scheduled and complete.

They work diligently, and are thorough - and worked considerately around my cat as well.

Would highly recommend, and I will be using them again.

I had two ladies come out from Anelise to do a deep clean of my home and I could not be more impressed! I have used Anelise's cleaning 2x/month since 2022. They are on time, friendly, trustworthy, and their cleaning is immaculate. The whole process from start to finish is seamless. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Deep clean on my house. Crew arrived on time, worked well together, communicated well with me and completed cleaning in a timely fashion. They ensured everything was in order before they checked out. We did a walk around and I found everything was perfect. It was an amazing experience by a very professional crew. Highly recommend at a reasonable cost.

Today I had a deep cleaning service and I would highly recommend this every few months, it is well worth the money. The ladies pay attention to details and are diligent beyond compare. I have had many cleaning services in the past but none live up to Annie's. She is always willing to work beyond my schedule and accommodate my many change requests and the girls are always smiling and friendly. I now have extra time to truly enjoy my evenings, without having to worry about cleaning house. No amount of money can pay for that kind of peace of mind. Special praise for my Alessandra crew, who are so sweet and always go above and beyond my expectations... my life would be incomplete without them...

They did send me a refund which I very much appreciate. And they tried to make it right by offering to send a different team. I understand bad days can happen and since they sent a refund, I wanted to update my rating to 3 stars.

I used Anelise cleaning for several months. The first deep clean was excellent but the standard biweekly cleanings started to get more and more inconsistent. Each cleaning is with a different team so you never know what they’re going to clean. Sometimes they’d vacuum the stairs, sometimes not. Sometimes they’d clean the toaster, sometimes not. Sometimes they’d organize the laundry room, sometimes they wouldn’t even go in the laundry room. It was weird but I let it slide. I would often notice hair balls in the carpet after they left, as if their vacuum wasn’t strong enough to pick up the hair. But again, I’d let it slide and just picked it up myself.

But today was really unacceptable. They did not even go upstairs and left without a word. I said I’d pay for the downstairs cleaning but obviously not the upstairs since they didn’t clean it. And that was fine. But then I noticed a white powder left all over my master bedroom furniture and carpet. I had to vacuum the room immediately because I have dogs and I don’t know if this powder is safe! Then I found even more white powder in my living room rug. I had to vacuum my rug 2x to remove it and I still think there’s some left. Then I found a dirty sponge that wasn’t ours left in the sink. Then I noticed the bathroom countertops hadn’t been wiped down at all. It was just ridiculous.

I shared all the pictures and asked for a full refund at this point because I literally had to reclean my house after they left. And unfortunately they did not respond. I would not recommend their cleaning service because of these reasons.

Always excellent, extremely reliable. I have been using them monthly for about a year and they never disappoint! Everyone in pleasant and efficient, from booking through cleaning and they leave my house smelling fabulous. Money well spent!

They were great to deal with from the start. Amanda was very helpful and set everything up for me quickly. I was out of town and they coordinated the cleaning time and sent pictures when they were finished. The cleaners did an amazing job! They stayed until the work was done and the entire house was clean. They particularly did a great job in the kitchen, making sure the oven, stove, and refrigerator were sparkling. Would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs!

We have had multiple cleanings now from deep clean to bi-weekly , it’s been a different group of cleaners each time and while each clean differently all but one have been excellent , the time the clean was not up to standard there was a very quick response and resolution . Overall would highly recommend for any busy house , just communicate . Thank you for the excellent service !

This company is owned by Brazilians and being one myself I will tell u, no one cleans as detailed as us!! The communication was great, and they cleaned my apartment fast and really well! I will definitely be using their services again!

We have been using Anelise Cleaning for a few months now for regular cleanings, and all I can say is WOW! The service, care and dedication that the team has is amazing. They consistently go above and beyond. This week, I had a couple dead leaves on a large houseplant, and I’d been procrastinating removing them. Today, I noticed my cleaners trimmed the leaves off for me! It’s really the little things.

The customer service is excellent, too. Messages are answered ASAP, and the team can always work with you for scheduling issues, etc. Pricing is also very fair and transparent. I’m so glad I found Anelise Cleaning, I will be a customer for life!

Hired Anelise Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning following new windows installed. The process started with a walkthrough/estimate by one of the owners. Very professional and friendly. Went through exactly what would be done then sent a very reasonable estimate. Day of cleaning, the 2-person team showed up on time and well prepared with all cleaning supplies. They were very friendly and professional and did a fabulous job!! This is the first time we’ve had our home cleaned by an outside company and very pleased with the service and will be using them on a monthly basis. Most impressive was the cleaning done on our 12 year old glass-top stove which has been pretty bad looking for years despite our best efforts to clean the glass top burners which now hasn’t looked this good in years!! Thought we’d have to get a new stove but not now (wish I had before and after pictures to share). This alone was well worth using their services. Looking forward to continuing using Anelise Cleaning Services on a monthly basis (or more). Highly recommended them!!

I want to start by recognizing that the cleaning team themselves are excellent. They consistently do a fantastic job, and I’m especially grateful that I’ve had the same team cleaning my home for years. Their professionalism, quality, and consistency are the main reasons I’ve continued using Annie’s Cleaning Services since June 2022.

Unfortunately, my concerns are with the back office and administrative side of the business.

First, rates have continued to increase, and when I inquired about the customer loyalty program, I was told it was not retroactive and that I would need five consecutive cleanings to qualify for a free service — despite being a loyal client for more than 3½ years. That approach feels dismissive of long-term customers.

Second, my regular cleaning time has been repeatedly deprioritized. Most concerning is that the back office was not honest about it. I was told the change from my usual 8:15 arrival to 9:15 was due to a team member issue and that it was only a one-time occurrence. After speaking directly with my cleaning team, I learned this was not true — a new client had been scheduled ahead of me. In other words, I was lied to regarding the cleaning schedule, which is unacceptable.

Honesty, transparency, and professional integrity are extremely important to me, and this situation left me feeling misled and undervalued as a long-term customer.

Again, the cleaning staff themselves are outstanding, but the back office experience has significantly diminished my overall satisfaction. I hope leadership takes steps to improve communication, accountability, and how loyal customers are treated.

This was my third cleaning with this company and I have to say I’m not very impressed. They completely missed one of my mirrors and I found multiple pieces of fuzz/ debris on my carpet after they left. They are quick and kind but I feel like they don’t really make much of a difference. I don’t come home and have that “clean home” feel.

Sidney was absolutely fantastic! She got our house show ready just like we wanted. Our pets really liked her also, which is a huge plus in our book. We can’t wait to use Sidney again when we move! Highly recommend Dean of Clean & Sidney!!
