DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT Waste your time or $$ with this company - if you live in the Windermere or Gotha Florda area take your business elsewhere. This company assured me they would clean gutters, relevel and seal with 50 year sealant before installing the leaf filter product. My gutters leak now more than they did before this company touched my house. Customer service is lacking as well. Do not waste your time or $$ here. They will sell you on "Hey we had spare material from a commercial job we are finishing up if you sign up today you can get is cheap" Save it.....go elsewhere.

Long story short their salesman lied to me about the color of the filters I was expecting bronze and got metallic. I don’t like the way they look and the company has done nothing about it but ignore my messages! Don’t trust them!

It seems like a promising product, but if they can’t manage the appointment process properly, I have serious doubts about their ability to handle the actual installation. Given that all the leaf litter numbers lead back to the same company, I’ll be exploring other options.

We had Leaffilter install our gutter protection in 2017 and the mesh covering the gutters fills with leaves and dirt so the water just flows like a waterfall over the gutter. I called Leaffilter and had terrible customer service, with no return calls, managers calling and never showing up for appointments. They wanted $ 250.00 to change out the mesh covering to the newer design. So much for Lifetime Warranty and great customer service. One of the managers called a said he would do the work on the side for $ 100.00 but it would void the warranty. It seems the company is poorly managed and has a management staff that will do side work not approved by the by the company and that will void the warranty. We have decided to not change out the mesh and really don't want anything to do with this company and the No CUSTOMER SERVICE and over charging customers. Buyer's beware of Leaffilter and their poor customer service and unscrupulous managers.

The salesman promises 100pct excellent workmanship. They didn't even clean out the gutters. It's been 2 years already and debris still come out of the gutters. I understand worker's are under payed and over worked.

This company gives a lifetime warranty and it is transferable to the next homeowner. Excellent product. About 3 weeks after installation, during heavy rain, I noticed my gutters leaking so I called them up because one of the things they do is repair and clean your gutters before installation. They apologized and had a crew report for repairs the very same week as my call. They did a great job. I'm very pleased.

Of install 8-12 showed up at 2 pm tried to call no response from supervisor. Not impressed it’s am glad I did the less expensive version the lifetime warranty means nothing with lousy service.

I haven't been this thoroughly thrilled with installers in quite some time, regretting I cannot recall the 2 gentlemen's names. They arrived promptly, were very courteous, worked diligently, and took all the mess away (full gutter debris) leaving my clean garbage can unscathed. Job well done!! Barbara Martin Melbourne, FL

My mom purchased a new home and needed the gutter system replaced. They sent out a sales guy and he presented her a quote and she agreed to the work. On the day of the installation, the installers came out and told her that they do not “go on the roof”. They told her that there is another crew that “goes on the roof” but they do not. They told her that they could still do the work, but since they do not go on the roof, they would have to cut into her pool screen. They even offered to refer her to a screen company that would repair the screen they cut for a cheap price. How convenient! Also, the salesman saw her home when he came out, he should have known which crew was needed for the job. Rightfully so, she said no to them cutting into her pool screen. So, they scheduled her a new date for the correct crew to come out. The day came and went and no one showed up or even called her. She then called the salesman and he presented some excuse and said he would schedule her for a couple days later. At this point she asked to cancel the job. The sales guy told her that they already ordered the parts so she couldn’t cancel (even though she was still within the window of their cancelation policy) and even threatened her with a $200 cancelation fee. He also told her that she clearly does not “appreciate his product” . After this conversation, we were convinced that we would NOT be going with this company.
So, while we cannot vouch for the kind of work this company does, the customer service aspect is terrible and I encourage others to look at other companies.

Installation is done clean and on-time. Now will see how long it really last and see the lifetime warranty.

My grandparents live in Deltona so they needed new gutters before hurricane season started and Leaf Filter was very prompt in getting back to us throughout the whole process. They sent a rep to talk to them the next day after we called, and got the installation scheduled for the day after.

The rep, Tyler, was very patient with my grandparents and made sure they understood exactly what they were agreeing to, and even encouraged me to stay during the process to make sure they were comfortable the whole time. He gave them plenty of options for services and payment plans that would be best for them and explained everything in detail.

Then the day of installation came and the guy they sent was fantastic. For as fast as the setup for this was, he took his time with every step of the installation and we could see the care he took to do it right which was great for their piece of mind that it would be done correctly the first time.

Overall a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My grandparents are happy and I'll be recommending them to my mother next.

My whole experience with LeaveFiltet gutter was excellent from our salesman Larry yo our installer Arthur.

From our first meeting until after the gutters were installed was awesome! Great product and look great too. Also had an inspector come a few days after the installation to make sure everything was right. Very impressive! Highly recommend this company!

Some guy came out with big muscles kind of an intimidating guy. At first he seemed to be honest and trying to win my trust by saying many parts of my roof didn’t need any gutters then he saw the area of the pool. He said this definitely needs gutter guards, and if it doesn’t happen that the bull structure will collapsed. He sounded like it was Doomsday then he came in the house. I didn’t really want him to come into the house but I think that’s their tactic and wasting my time gave me a quote of like $6000 for one section of gutter guard Total scam he ended up insulting me too by saying it seems like anything I tell you goes to one ear and out the other no I heard everything. He said I’m just not gonna sign up with this con artist I should’ve never let him in the house and in the future I will not allow Any of these people in the house

Dave, sales rep was professional and courteous. Explained the different types of leaf guards. Overall a great experience.

I called LeafFilter to get a quote to install gutter guards on my back enclosure super-gutter. I had previous water damage and needed gutter guards ASAP. I really liked what I read about the LeafFilter system, but unfortunately they refused to provide a quote, because I could not meet them in person at the house. I explained this was impossible for me, since I'm out of state and this is a rental property, but said I'd be happy to do a video call. The phone rep repeated that they require owners to be home. She said the local owner/manager would contact me to work something out, but he never did.

Somehow other businesses, including Realtors, mastered the art of the sale using video calls, eContracts, and other technology during COVID, but apparently not LeafFilter. It's unfortunate they choose to use old-school, used-car salesman tactics like this, and can't be bothered to provide a simple estimate.

Gutters New install .fast installation job looks fantastic. Has not rained yet, so I cannot comment on that yet. Five star rating.

Received an estimate the next day I called. Gutters cleaned the following. Excellent courteous and professional installers. Highly recommend.
