RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their service agreements. Was told they are the “#1 company in the world,” but they can’t figure out how to clean gutters on a 2 million dollar house! Had someone come out yesterday to give us quotes on cleaning the gutters. They said that they do not offer JUST a gutter cleaning service and we would have to get the silicone system. First price was $1800 and we told him that was a bit high and we will look into other options and then he said “well we have a summer sale going on so I can offer you the price of $1080.” Agreed and signed a service contract. This AM they left within 20 minutes of arriving and didn’t say a word to me. 2 hours go by. I called the guy from yesterday and he said it was physically impossible to do the work. I believe they did not want to complete the work for the sale price they offered us so they are breaking the contract. No one planned to reach out to me either so I was sitting around looking dumb!

Update: Spoke with another company and gave them the full breakdown of why leaf filter said it’s “impossible.” They offered to come clean it for $246! They said it’ll take a little extra work with a small opening but it is not impossible.

LeafFilter installed a gutter system on my house a year ago and we were informed, by our roofing company, that an area where the gutter was attached to an upper front entrance roof was draining to another lower roof and was causing the water, from rain, to erode under a portion of the shingles and the gutter needed to be rerouted to prevent this from further happening. LeafFilter was very understanding and agreed to fix and correct this issues presented to them. Even though my warranty had expired, LeafFilter agreed this issue should have been done differently in the beginning and took it upon themselves to correct the issue, at no charge to me. Thank you LeafFilter.

The contractors who took down my old gutters and installed the Leaf Filter system were extremely professional, quiet and efficient. I am very pleased with the way my new Leaf Filter system is working. 8 inches of rain fell in my neighborhood in two hours day before yesterday. The Leaf Filter system worked flawlessly.

It's rare in today's world to find a company that offers a lifetime warranty and stands by it! My LeafFilters were installed July 2025. An issue was discovered Feb 2026. The moment I contacted them an appointment was set and repairs were completed within 3 days.

Sales rep came Monday and sold me the system, someone came the same Wednesday to install. Install tech left a huge mess on my recently pressured washed pool screen, blew the leaves and leaf gunk all over my backyard on top of pool equipment, pool and pool deck, and refused to clean up after.
Upon my own inspection the gutters still had leaves inside. I called sales rep he promised someone would come clean up and he would follow up with his supervisor. Supervisor did not call for an entire week, after several calls to sales department he finally called the week after then said that the install looked good to him and he would not send someone to inspect or clean up the mess.
I was promised before and after pictures of install, I only received pictures of after install of particular sections of my roof, I have a tiled roof and I see many broken tiles left behind that I cannot prove or disprove if the tech did it or not.

LeafFilter’s representative arrived on time. He was very courteous. He was very familiar with the product, and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with the service he provided.

While this company may be using superior materials to keep gutters clean, that is where the quality end for me.
The high pressure sales tactic used is very offensive and can make some homeowners actually victims. NEVER AGREE TO BUY IMMEDIATELY WHEN FORCED BY SHADY DISCOUNT TACTICS.
All good business people should honor the price the next day after you have had time to digest and possibly compare. If they will not honor it, that should speak loudly to you that it may NOT be a bargain.
Forcing customers to sign 100% guaranty satisfaction forms also intimidates customers for company benefit.
Lower cost alternatives should be sought out before buying this very pricey product.

Met with Steve today for a quote on new gutters. He did an excellent job explaining the quality of their gutters and the value of using their service.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable. Installers did a great job accept they left muddy debris from my gutters all around the brick pavers on my driveway and my pool deck. I expected a clean gutter before the lead filter system was put on but they blew them out and wiped them. My expectations were that they would clean them out with water.

I had leaf filter done at my home . The experience was fantastic right from the beginning . The sales man Larry Martin was great . He listened to our needs , was very experienced and the job was done clean, and the crew was great as well .

Dreadful experience with this company. The representative who came to my house was a high pressure salesman. When I changed my mind about doing a full install versus a repair within 12 hours of the visit, the representative refused to answer my simple question (confirming the price of the repair instead of the replacement) and continued to pressure and harass me. He finally offered to do the job for a full $2000 less than the original quoted job (showing how inflated the original price was, even though there were already three "discounts" attached to it), but only if I agreed to the job the same day (which I couldn't do because I needed to get HOA approval first). I also discovered that the salesman did not leave the required cancelation paperwork with me when he left. I contacted customer service to cancel and was told it was taken care of and that I would receive an email confirmation. When I never received the confirmation, I called again and was told that they couldn't cancel over the phone, that it had to be in writing. So I canceled in writing and was told they would reach out. I also then wrote an e-mail to customer service detailing my terrible experience and was told someone would reach out to me. Of course, no one ever did. I fully realize that the final cost they quoted to me is less than I will likely be able to get with another company, but I will still not use this company. That's how bad this interaction was. AVOID these slick salesmen!

Leaf filter has the customer service that goes along with their good reputation. The install team delivered exactly what the sales person promised. And their team helped with the HOA paperwork to get approval to put up gutters. I am very happy with the gutter system that is installed on the house.

Decent quality filters which in 4 years have miraculously not broken or fallen apart, however the install LEAVES much to be desired, pun intended.

While they did install all the gutter guards in place with screws holding them onto the gutters along the outer edge, there were ZERO screws installed on the side to reinforce the filters positions, as such over time debris builds up on them and stays put as it slides inward towards the house and just never comes down, eventually building up to a huge pile of dirt and leaves that never goes away.

The way these SHOULD have been installed would have also included horizontal screws along the side facing towards the house so that the filters themselves would taper downwards so that debris would fall OFF of them rather than INWARDS towards the house.

I called support and they told me it would be $95 just to send someone out which would merely go TOWARDS any actual repair cost... repair cost? For an incorrectly done install? This should be COVERED, so much for a "lifetime" warranty, read the fine print apparently. I don't intend to pay ANYONE to come out just to CORRECT what THEY did INCORRECTLY to begin with! I'll sooner just sweep off the debris and install the missing sideways reinforcing screws myself, it isn't rocket surgery and they should have hired competent installers to do it right the first time, or at the very LEAST offer to correct their mistake for free!

UPDATE: They sent someone out who correctly reinstalled the filters with reinforcement and added missing hangers that were oddly omitted when the product was originally installed, still ended up charging me $50 for this though, which is odd considering this was literally an appointment to finish CORRECTLY installing the filters, a service I paid for years ago and which was not actually fully completed until just today, so I'm a bit perturbed that I had to pay extra for the company to finish the job I originally paid them to do but 4 years late... but it is good that they made good on finally getting them in place correctly, even if their original installer didn't.

I recently had Leaf Filter installed on my home, and I could be happier with my decision. The installation process was smooth and professional. The sales representative and technician both arrived on time, they explained the process ensuring I fully understood the work that was being done. The quality of material used is impressive, well worth the money. I have peace of mind now.
