Overall experience was fine for cleaning a 2400sq ft house. Available when needed. Arrived late without notice. Very meticulous early in the job but not at the end. Overpriced.

They offered suggestions on how to tackle the cleanup after a full house fumigation. Responded quickly to my inquiry and offered a prompt date for an in person estimate and job to be done. Extremely time efficient company. Did what was promised.

AWFUL. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. LOOK AT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.
Heres the story: Booked an app. For post construction cleaning (mainly silica and dry wall dust) plus additional service of duct cleaning. We were booked for Wednesday morning & Tuesday night I get a phone call saying it needs to be cancelled. So I rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon, this gets cancelled, reschedule for Thursday morning and this GETS CANCELLED. This is a huge inconvenience- i have painters scheduled to come in and other services all set up that I keep having to push back. We reschedule for Saturday morning…. Originally when I booked my appointment weeks ago- I was told the job would take about 6 hours, then when I got rescheduled for Wednesday evening it gets changed to 4 hours. When the show up on saturday they arrived 30 minutes late. They “cleaned” an entire commercial building (about 800sqft) with 2 guys in 1 hour and 45 minutes. And supposedly cleaned the ductwork. Unfortunately, because of all these reschedules I had to have my husband open/close the unit and pay for the service (since I was working). So I was unable to inspect to make sure it was done properly....
When I show up on my lunch break I am shocked and disgusted. There are COB WEBS on the ceiling. The floors are filthy with tons of foot prints. If you wave your finger across the wall dust comes right off it. Its completely visible. On top of this all. We had a brand new mop that we bought for polishing the floor after the cleaning service was done. And they used our mop- open up all the packaging around it without our permission. My husband said that Shannon (the woman booking all the appointments and managing the guys, expressed that the guys were late to their next job) which is why I am assuming this job was really not done at all.
I understand mistakes happen, but the rescheduling was a huge inconvenience. Wasted so much time on a project I dont have tons of time to complete. The job was horrendous. And I reached out within a couple hours to talk to them (ahem, so I don’t need to leave a bad review- so i can resolve my problem without having to resort to this….) and Shannon keeps telling me that a supervisor is going to call me…. Its been over 48 hours and I have not gotten a single phone call from them. They are not answering my phone calls. This company was a huge waste of time and money.

Nightmare of an experience with this company!! RUN don't walk away from them! They did a poor job at the first project we gave them on February 20th and gave them a second chance to "make up the damage" schedule a second job at a "discounted rate". The appointment was set for a start time of between 2:00 - 3:00 pm on Monday March 15th with Shannon the "project manager" Our GC called at 3:30PM when they had not arrived and Shannon informed them the crew was running late but were in route and asked for a lockbox code to enter the property.

Next our GC heard was a text message from Shannon at 8:11pm which said sorry they did not make it to your job. The proceeded to text him that they would not show up the next morning or afternoon or evening.

I called her at the number our GC provided and her mailbox was full. I texted her with no response. Shortly after I received a rude response when I texted back that her company would be responsible for the $900 cancellation fee for the staging company that was contracted to start staging the next morning as well as professional photographer that was also scheduled right after the stager she said "you have no proof since we did not sign a contract or make a deposit" She then called the Owner at 9:37PM was rude and hostile on the phone and did not get one word in she hung up.

So to recap - they did a poor job at project number one - Which they were paid almost a $1,000.00! ($967.00 to be exact) They NO SHOWED at project number two, offered Zero Solutions even when it was made clear it would create major logistical and financial implications. The "project manager" told our GC that she would be there with the crew to both supervise and help, then the night she texted him at 8:11pm saying they did not show she said sorry I'm spending spring break with my daughter and can't help you. Wow!

Her only defense was we had no proof and then Shannon called the owner of our company spouted a bunch of rude remarks and hung up on him.

The farthest thing from professional or reliable that they tout when you first call them. A total joke of a company with a incompetent and rude "project manager" if that is even what she is. RUN AWAY!

At the job #1 which they actually did show up at there was also paint spots all over the floor that they did not get, drywall dust on the cabinets and countertops and they nicked up several doorways and baseboards. Our residential housecleaners do a way better job for a fraction of the cost.

This company scammed me for 10,000 dollars that was promised to me after I completed doing a post commercial cleaning job that me and my crew did on a restaurant in Alabama for them. I had to pay hotel cost and supplies to do this job which lasted 21 days. It's been 3 months since the job was completed and I haven't received a dime for it and now he's blocked me from calling him.

Absolutely Wonderful! I called and needed a job done on short notice. They not only could get me in but communicated well throughout the day of the clean when they were in transit. They made sure I clearly understood the charges and services the would provide.As for my my cleaner she went above and beyond to clean my old move out house to protection.

This job was done August 4th. Your worker Diego, decided to inform us AFTER the job was done that the site would not be seen till Tuesday Aug 8th, 4 days after the cleaning was done. Like the name of your company states it is a POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING SERVICE. The saw dust and other type of dusts was in abundance, it makes no LOGICAL sense to go see a cleaning for a construction site after so long, and this was something I communicated with your company as well. I have all the call logs of us calling you a week after this cleaning and you informing me that we will be getting paid for sure after the contractor paid YOU. You did not pay us. I call a week after, assuming that payroll takes 2 weeks and you inform me we did nothing and hung the phone as I was speaking to you, the lack of sympathy and interpersonal skills was flabbergasting. Like I said before this will not stay this way. God don’t like ugly.

Left a star because It is the ONLY WAY I can post my review. This company is a sham. My mom and I went to Orlando at 8am in the morning as asked by their employee Diego Rubalcava, we were offered $200 per person to clean a Gift Shop at a Hilton next to Disney. We left the location at 4:53pm. After 2 weeks of being ignored and told we would get paid I was just informed we never did the job and that another compnay was paid and there is allegedly proof of the location being left the same. Karla and her team are beyond exceptional! These ladies come in and clean literally top to bottom. I could not ask for a better team of empowered women to come in and help me take care of my house and not worry about a thing! I have recommended them to my friends and will continue to. I booked a monthly cleaning service for my 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. The workers were prompt, polite, and did an amazing job in my home. I was impressed with the work ethic, communication, and courteous behavior of the employees. Their cleaning team did a fantastic job with my home. The company does an excellent job sending an estimate and invoice to pay for services. I'm looking forward to the next maintenance cleaning for my busy family of five.
