HORRIBLE SERVICES they don't tell you when they show up and they reschedule services without warning. I am constantly been given the run around. They suck at communication. I am still without my a/c. Never ever again will i use this company.

Had our ac go out last night (July 3rd) and they were here first thing in the morning and had me up and running in no time. Excellent people and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

This is the worst company in Florida! Do not do not use them. On top of the fact they are liars they also don’t do any work. It’s been a week since my service order was put in and these horrible people have not returned to complete the work. On top of that I already paid for services. They should be out of business. I will never do business with these people again.

The technicians at this firm are top notch and go the extra mile for the customer. The found a leak in our unit and took it for rebraising. The lead technician gave us a second opini9n on an additional problem and instead of a $2000.00 minimum bill found a problem in a board. I’m sold on these guys!

Bad attitude. Told me American Home Shield wouldn’t cover the problem before he even looked at the unit much. Criticized the builder, building dept, other AC co, home inspector and insulation co. Before he left he told me that he has to put people in my area in their place.

Our AC blew out and we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Our guy Nelson came in and showed incredible dedication in dealing with our problem and we couldn’t be more satisfied. World Class AC will be our go to going forward 100%.

It you want to be given the run around this company is for you. Company was appointed by American Home Shield (who are just as bad). Lied to my warranty company denying my claim. Will not pick up phone calls or return voice mails. After a month of patch jobs, AC cutting out 4 times and being left stranded I called local company to get the job done right and guess what...they did.

It's amazing how horrible this company is. The woman on the phone is a liar and shouldn't be misleading customers. it shouldn't take 3 weeks in this Florida heat to have ac. I would give zero stars if possible. Oh! And not to mention the
whole process had to be started over because the lady doesn't know how to do her job correctly.
Update. Still being lied to by the front desk lady. Part still not here. How about being honest. This is the worst place ever.

I am an American home shield customer and my central air condition broke down on July 13,2017. I call American home shield to please send a technician to fix the air conditioner and they did two day later we'll the technician didn't have the part that was needed this was a Saturday so he said he would have it by Monday, (Mind you the temperature is 90 degrees inside my home) so Monday came and went now he said it will on Tuesday he came but with the wrong serial number in other word the wrong part I have called him and he doesn't answer, got a message from the company saying he will be here today it's Friday from 2:00 to6:00pm it's after7:00 pm and no show and its 90 degrees inside.i have my parents that are elderly ages 78 and 82 years old and I also have a my baby grandson of one year and they very uncomfortable I will be reporting this to American home shield i am not a satisfied customer. I won't be recommending world class air conditioning Inc. Lic# CAC1813231

Scheduled appointment in timely manner after AHS assignment and diagnosed, explained and fixed problem..another AHS vendor, that I won’t name here, came to house 3 separate times (at $75 a pop) and put band-aids on symptoms but was too lazy or incompetent to get to root cause and charged me over $400 more. Brian was the tech and handled the situation like a pro..we will insist on World Class going forward….

This is the most responsive, professional and thorough AC company I have ever dealt with. Nelson, in particular, is methodical about his work, troubleshoots with an extreme level of understanding, and is friendly and courteous. No one else will ever touch my AC equipment.

I have American Home Shield and my A/C went out again, it's an older unit, I had World Class A / C come out last Oct. Nelson was my Techican at that time, very honest, was on time and fixed the unit, about a month ago it went down again, totally different problem, was hoping to see Nelson again, but this time I got Lou, again arrived on time, very honest fixed the problem, well tuesday evening it died again, called AHS, Lou came back this time again on time, totally honest. So I'm now thanking my A/C for breaking down and for me getting to meet these 2 honest techicans that show they care about their customers. Would highly recommend 100%

we are members of american home shield and needed our ac repaired. they sent Nelson from World Class, he was knowledgeable, very professional and respectful and explained everything. he will be coming back after he receives the part we need. i would recommend this company.

I ordered A/C service through American home shield (home owners warranty) this is the company that was assigned to me. For 2 days I couldn't get ahold of these people. The phone went to automated voicemail. Only after calling them repeatedly did I get an answer. The lady on the other end was very rude... Did not try very hard to schedule me. Keep in mind this was on Wednesday and she told me they couldn't schedule me until Monday after 4pm. LADY it was 104 degrees in my home. Once I told her this she said you can take it or leave it if you don't like it call American home shield. Basically I told them what happened and they will be "investigating this claim"

This company has very poor customer service, When I called and left a message on the answer machine they took 4 days to call back, the lady that answers the call takes days to return your call she really does not care. They came out twice to service my air conditioner and it was never fixed I had to call another air conditioning company. So I basically fired World Class AC & Appliance Inc. I am a American Home Shield customer I would not recommend them.

I had to use this company because American Home Shield sent them out. They said my coil had to be repaired and it will take 2 days it's been over a week nothing. When you called them it goes to voice mail. I called for two days before they called me just to tell me that they don't know the status of the part they ordered. Stay away from this company you will regret it if you don't...
