New AC unit not running too well? Or the same with your dryer? I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call. They’ve saved us countless headaches and money!

Last year tried to clean the dyer duct myself. Don’t waste your money on that stuff. Called Alex and he got both of my stuck brushes out of the unit. This time called Alex to clean my HVAC units. Alex and his team are very thorough and care about the work they do. I definitely recommend his team to anyone and will continue to use him in the future.

We hired "Clean Ducts" to clean our A/C ducts a week and a half ago for a very reasonably price. Alex and his guy (who climbed the ladder and impressively cleaned each duct one by one with detail) used what appeared to be a huge expensive state of the art vacuum machine from outside with a hose that sucked the vents out. Alex and his worker worked diligently for over 5 hours just to do the job right and did not rush it. Not only did they clean each air ducts, they open and cleaned inside the air handler, took out the fan, cleaned it and flush the drain line as well. At first I was concerned when they open and took out the fan from the air handler unit to clean it, but when Alex showed me his FL State HVAC license I then knew and felt comfortable knowing I was dealing with an A/C professional. As they worked inside the structure they vacuumed and sanitized behind themselves, ...to say the least, who would have thought after the duct cleaning the A/C unit itself would work better, the A/C is definitely performing cooler now, and much much quieter, all after the service. After meeting "Clean Duct team" and using them for the first time, and experiencing their amazing work ethics, I am comfortable to say I highly recommend them.

I recently bought a home that was neglected for quite a long time. I've been trying to keep the older AC unit alive and save the expense of replacing everything but it had much more than an "old house" smell and I couldn't stand it anymore. I called Clean Ducts Orlando, explained my situation, and Alex made himself available to come over just a few hours later. He gave me a VERY fair price for the level of service he explained I would receive and had me scheduled in for the very next day. I appreciated the quick turnaround because, during the inspection, I saw that the AC unit and ducts were caked in a thick layer of mold and mildew (that I was breathing in)! They efficiently cleaned and sanitized every piece of the inside unit (they even took the fan out to make sure it was spotless), the entire span of ducts, plus the vent covers. After already going above and beyond cleaning my exceptionally disgusting AC system, Alex took extra time to use a camera and inspect for damage on the inside on my ducts because I mentioned I felt there had been previous damage causing low airflow. I'm now breathing in noticeably better air and I know I got more than my money's worth from their service. I can't recommend them enough so, if you're looking for duct cleaning, do yourself a favor and call them before you commit to another company.

Highly recommended. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. They even hand cleaned each of our vent covers and explained every part of the process to us along the way.

I am impressed with Manny and Ariel. What a great professional team. They took the parts apart and checked thoroughly. they cleaned every outlets, showed me the dust and dirts. The floor was covered. I called Clean Ducts Orlando to come out and clean my air ducts because we had allergy issues going on and knew they hadn’t been cleaned since buying the house years ago. Alex was very informative, helpful, and clear about setting my expectations that it would take approximately 3 - 3 1/2 hours, and was able to come out within a few days to help us out. He and David arrived right on schedule and got the process started.

David worked on scrubbing our air intake area for over an hour alone, and removed dust, contaminants and pet hair from our current and prior pets. I thought we did a good job of changing filters, but he showed me how the build up can occur over the years.

They were on target with timing and charged a reasonable amount, without trying to sell add-on features or services. That is much appreciated, especially during these times of high anxiety with Covid when people would be easier targets of unscrupulous sales tactics.

I’m very happy with the service provided and can tell the cleaning made a huge difference in the air quality in the house. I would definitely use this service again and would refer them to friends and neighbors. Thanks Alex and David!

When the crew arrived they were friendly and professional. They worked clean and efficiently. Told us what they did and thankfully, our ducts are in great shape, our dryer vent was FULL, but the cover fit well.

Alex and Humberto did an amazing job cleaning my vents today! Humberto was the one who arrived first and went straight into working on the vents. Alex arrived a little later, but had to climb up the roof to unclog my dryer vent. I didn't even know it was backed up that badly since my laundry loads are pretty small so drying wasn't really an issue. That was definitely a fire hazard, but thankfully I decided to get all of the vents cleaned at the same time and didn't wait until it caused a problem for me.

They literally worked on my house for almost 5 hours. They arrived when they said they would and communicated with me when they were heading over. It was always easy to reach Alex and if he couldn't answer a call he would call back right away.

Humberto showed me the vents and the mildew on it and gave me tips on how to spot when I was in need of another cleaning. He also showed me that the last AC tech that worked on my system didn't close the panel correctly and air was leaking from my AC in the garage as well as causing mildew growth. He properly closed it and taped it down so it wouldn't cause those problems again. They were super thorough and took their time to make sure everything was cleaned properly.

Before I chose this company to clean my air ducts I looked online and called some places to get price quotes. Some of them never got back to me and some were giving me some ridiculous rates like I had a mansion to clean. Alex gave me the fairest price that was in the average range for what air duct cleaning was estimated to be around. If I have to be honest, with the work that I seen them do today, I got a bargain.

Not only was the price great, but this company is licensed and insured. That is extremely important when choosing a company to work on your home.

Alex also explained their process to clean the vents along with the price quote and did exactly as stated when they arrived. They did some extra things too like properly sealing the AC panel when another AC company messed it up.

From start to finish they were professional and respectful. I will definitely use this company again and I will be referring this company to my neighbors too. I'll most likely be calling them to take care of my AC needs as well.

Alex was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had an appointment set to clean the ducts on a house we just bought. When he got here the electricity service wasn’t on yet (my bad) and he just told me to keep in contact and to let him know when it was set up. A day later I did, we set the time for the next day and it was done. Very good job 100% would recommend.
