Clean ducts Orlando is fantastic. Not only is Alex, the owner, very knowledgeable and a true professional, his team also embodies those traits as well. We have had a lot of work done on our house and sometimes the team that show up doesn't inspire the same confidence as the person that quoted the price. Not here. Alex's crew was professional, very capable, and efficient! It was such a pleasant experience.

As for the work itself, I definitely felt an improvement after. Before calling Alex, I had reservations about duct cleaning. I researched duct cleaning and read plenty of articles that say duct cleaning doesn't do anything. After Alex and his crew worked on my ducts, I feel like it definitely works. The air quality was noticeably cleaner and crisper. I wholeheartedly recommend clean ducts Orlando!

A bit disappoint on the dryer vent cleaning part, the crew only clean the part that is inside the house. Sear technician came in to check the dryer because the cloth did not dry properly and told us that the air flow is weak, so there might be some blockage in the vent. This is 2 weeks after the cleaning. I checked back with Alex and was told that they did not clean the vent opening on the outside because of the safety reason and was recommend other company to clean that part. I am a bit confused because i thought the service suppose to clean the vent thoroughly.

The owner and his team did an excellent job cleaning out our ducts and dryer vent. Our home had just been renovated, including tile work and popcorn ceiling removal, and Clean Ducts Orlando came out within one week and did a great job. The quality of our air has certainly improved and our allergies quickly showed improvement as well. I would recommend this company. The details are not important, but I will also commend the owner on his excellent customer service - I had a small concern arise and he quickly came back out free of charge and did indeed address the issue properly and with professionalism. Additionally, the owner is very knowledgeable about the products he uses and he explained every step of the process.

Clean Ducts Orlando saved us. Literally. Our daughter is immune compromised and I reached out to Alex asking when he could come as we knew we had mold but not to the severity that we discovered. When Alex heard that I needed someone fast, he was able to move my appointment from a week, to two days! I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. But his price for the service is unbeatable! Our mold is gone--and we have peace of mind again for our daughter. The specific technician Alex sent to us was awesome. He gave me a thorough understanding of the process and pricing. People get scared about cost but you can't put a price on your air quality. You also know the cost of replacing AC units. Licensed and insured, I decided to take the service. Next day appointment and his tech Anibal showed up on time. The process is not quick or simple. He serviced the unit, cleaned the system, blower, vents (inside and out). Bottom line is the service is totally worth it. I highly recommend this company. Professional service from start to finish.
