Chris is genuinely wonderful! He fixed our AC issue after moving into our new house immediately. He is kind, knowledgeable and generous. I couldn’t recommend him more. In this day and age finding businesses who care is a rarity and he just genuinely wants to help.

II’m not a customer of Smart Home Air yet but I will be. Tonight my elderly mom and dad who are in there eighty’s were on their way home in the rain. My dad noticed the car wasn’t driving as usual and pulled over on I-4. They had a flat. My dad thought he could change it. Chris drove by, saw them, he went down to the next exit turned around and did the loop to get back to them. He changed my parents tire, in a downpour and wouldn’t accept any money my father offered. Who does that in today’s crazy world. Well, we know Chris does and his act of kindness needs to recognized. Smart Home Air and Heat was here to replace an evaporator coil in my A/C system that was leaking. They showed up on time, installed the new coil, and had the entire system operational again in less than three hours. I am very happy with their service and fair price. I will be their customer years to come. Even gave me a free inspection on my unit and said everything looked great!

This company was the most honest company i have ever worked with. Put in a brand new air conditioner system and revamped my whole existing set up. Chris is top notch and he does exactly what he says he is going to do without fail. On time and exemplary service. Neat and clean. Would highly recommend this company!!

Chris the owner was very knowledgeable. He gave me the best price out of the 8 estimates that I got. He was the only one that took the time to explain things instead of trying to sell me a unit that benefits him instead of me. Even after I accepted his offer he threw stuff in that just made the deal even better. Was quick and professional and a real nice guy to boot.

Our a/c randomly broke and my partner came across Chris and his company. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough to say/show how well Chris is! He showed up on a rainy Sunday with such a great and friendly attitude and figured out what was wrong and fixed our unit. Thank goodness because im 8 months pregnant so not having a/c would’ve been horrible but thanks to Chris we got it back and quickly! I seriously cannot recommend him enough! Thank you Chris!!!!

Looking for A/C? This is the place!! My A/C was old. I bought my house 4 yrs ago but it was the original A/C from 1992. It finally gave out. It was a Sunday and we called this number from Google and Chris answered and said he would be right over. Mind you he was over an hour away! We thought it may be the capacitor, he said that he would pick one up before he came over. Well it was completely dead! So we did have to buy a new A/C. He and his crew came the next day. Now he did quote me a 3-ton but after finding out how many vents we had he said a 2.5-ton would work better. That was a lower cost. He didn't have to be honest and lose money BUT he was! They were here on time. Was done with everything in a short time and even cleaned up after themselves. One gentleman asked me for a broom and I told him not to worry about it and he said No, I would feel bad about that! Most people would just agree and go! These are your guys! Honest, dependable and clean! Oh also, he didn't charge me for coming out on Sunday either!!

Great service! I reached out and the owner came by to fix my Daikin unit in under 40 minutes, on the weekend no less! This is after a number of other large chain A/C shops lead us on, promising to send a technician but ultimately never doing so. Would highly recommend.
