Sincerely I am extremely happy that I found Abraham, my neighbor recommended him and I decided to give it a try, after all the technicians experiences that I went through lately. Thank God I did, he replied promptly, I explained what I thought it was, he listened, he booked for next day, came on time, work the AC didn’t up charge me, didn’t add stuff that probably I don’t know what it is. He worked and fixed the problem, my AC is running! I will definitely hire him for my maintenances in the future and of course will recommend him. Please don’t hesitate call Abraham.

I highly recommend EC Waters. They are a very professional company from sales to installation. Jason from sales is awesome. He is very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect Trane system for my home. They also provided me a very detailed written quote. Wayne and Donald installed my new system. They are real craftsmen and highly skilled. My new system looks and works great. The things that I mentioned are hard to find with most companies today. This was a great experience from start to finish!

Terrible service and expensive!! They left a drain line plugged that caused a leak. We spent over $600 and they quoted additional repair for over $900 plus Freon. We asked for a detailed line item quote when we found the part needed was only $150 and they refused to supply details. We had a certified technician do the work that cost $650 total including Freon and blowing out the plugged lines they missed. Seems they want to overprice repairs so you buy a new unit. Do not use this service.
