I had another air conditioning company come out and tell me I needed to replace my entire system, air handler, condenser and thermostat and I just knew that couldn't be right. So when EC Waters came out, their technician showed me the build up inside my condensate pump that was causing the system not to run and I ended up just needing a cleaning. They definitely went above and beyond. I was so grateful and they saved me a lot of money. I even signed up for their maintenance plan.

I called their number at 6pm on a Wednesday and Yovani himself answered the phone and was at our home in less than an hour. He repaired our ac unit in no time and at an EXCELLENT price.
