The install of our new A/C system was done in an orderly and very professional manner. Apparently the techs have worked together for some time and each knew what the other's task was. Two were working on the Air Handler at the same time (1 upper and the other on the lower part) without getting in each others way. There was very little discussion as to what needed to be done. They protected our hardwood floor and all was cleaned up when they left for the day. very pleased with the work. Waters costs a little more than the other bid I had, but well worth it.

I've been an EC Waters customer for years with an annual agreement. Always helpful and professional. Today's checkup was with Von, a new employee. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. A great hire and certainly displayed the company values I've experienced previously.

E. C. Waters Air Conditioning & Heat has been taking care of my AC needs for over 20 years. They are always extremely professional and courteous. I recently needed to replace my old heat pump with a new one and, of course, I only called Clark Waters based on my past relationship with his company. Jason came out and thoroughly evaluated my needs and recommended a unit for me. The next day J.R. and Donald arrived on time and worked non-stop until my new unit was installed. They worked as a team and explained everything to me in detail. When they were finished, they even cleaned up! I would highly recommend E. C. Waters to anyone needing to replace their current air conditioning unit! They are THE BEST!!! I wish every company I have to deal with was this professional!

The technician that came out for my repairs/maintenance was friendly, thorough and extremely informative. He went through everything with me, and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. I recommend EC Waters to all of my friends and family for their AC needs. We will definitely be using them for our AC replacement in the future as well.

We had a new AC unit installation done recently by E.C. Waters Air Conditioning. I would like to say this was the best experience we have ever had from a specialty trade contractor. They were fair, on time, and their attention to detail was fantastic. They really took the time to help us understand the different units available and guided us through making a good decision for our house. Tim Duncan has been servicing our AC units for many years. He is excellent! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to service our units. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always professional. EC Waters and Tim are always there for us.

We have been fortunate to have EC waters as our A/C company for both home and business. Being in business for almost 50 years we have used and been used by dozens of different A/C companies. We use no one else for our HVAC repairs and maintenance. Tim, their lead technician is professional, fair, knowledgeable and second to none for troubleshooting problems and providing exceptional solutions. You would benefit to use EC waters for all your A/C and heating needs.

EC Waters installed my A/C system several years ago and I've been using them every year for maintenance, so when I had a problem with Eletronic boards they ordered and replaced them. They informed me that the labor rate would be $720.00 I was taken aback, but I thought it was a big job but when the Tech started the job and was finished in 20 minutes I was floored. I called the office and I spoke to someone that said she was the manager, I explained my dismay to her, but all she told me was that was a flat rate. I can't believe, they charge $720.00 for 20 minutes of labor, I felt obligated to pay the money, but I'm not obligated to continue to do business with EC Waters. I'm not saying they do bad work; they charge extremely inflated prices, buyer beware.

Our system was dying in August 2022, was referred to EC Waters by a friend and I am so glad we were. Jason came out the next day and sat down and talked us through everything. We had a new unit within a week. Install completed in about 5 hours. Installation Crew was wonderful, laid down tarps not to mess up the floor and cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend EC Waters to anyone and in fact plan to use them to install a split unit in my shed/office soon. Thanks guys!

I scheduled a technician with E.C Waters to come out to take a look at my AC problem. The issue that I faced with E.C. Waters is the lack of professionalism. The technician was scheduled to come to my house between 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm but when 3:30 pm came around and the AC Technician was still not here I became concerned. I decided to call E.C. Waters to determine if the AC Technician was still coming out and I was informed that the technician was running late and the technician would be at my home at 5:30pm. One would think to give a courtesy call to the client who's been waiting for several hours in a hot and humid house but apparently that would make to much sense from this company. So, 6:00pm rolls by and the AC Technician was still M.I.A and you guessed it no courtesy call from E.C. Waters, again that would have been too professional for E.C. Waters to do. Finally, at 7:30 the AC Technician arrives at my house with no apology or explanation on why he was late and just ignored the fact that he was several hours late.

The lack of professionalism and common sense that this company has displayed is unforgettable.

For anyone reading this review I suggest to not use this company and find yourself another AC company that holds a better processional standard.

I'm sure you guessed it. I will never use E.C. Waters ever again.

Tim Duncan has been my tech for several years now. He is the best! Tim always calls ahead of time to let you know when he will be there, he shows up on time, he is polite, professional and friendly and Tim explains what has been done on each visit. He is very knowledgeable and I trust him. I highly recommend him for all your heating and AC needs.

I first had a water leaking issues that was caused by a dirty coils. It was replaced and didn't have leaks for 13 months. During the replacement of the coils, Walter broke the drain pan but never took responsibility for it. I only found out through another company tech that was very thorough after finding more water leaks. The AC was out in June 2023, Walker wasn't able to diagnose or fixed the issue. He was trying out different theory and had to wait for parts. I had no AC for 10 days. I had a friend call and friend to get it working. I never call EC waters back again.

My wife and I woke up at 7:30-45am by loud drilling, banging, clanging, scraping, and other loud equipment noises right outside our bedroom window. Papers littered on our lawn and a truck parked blocking the mailbox, so our mail wasn't even able to be delivered today. Very surprising since I have heard nothing but good things about this company. I don't think any of this was done deliberatley, but definitely left a bad impression with me.

Tim has taken care of our 3 a/c units for over 10 years. He finds the problem ASAP, fixes it, and doesn’t try to tell you that you need new systems - unless you really do. He tells me what to check the next time so I can troubleshoot the problem myself in the future. He’s smart, fair, communicative and prompt. AC Waters is very lucky to have him. He’s the best!!

Last week I had E.C. Waters once again perform a maintenance on my two home Air Conditioning / Heating units as I have had in this current home for 20 years but also in my previous residence as well as in a rental unit. I am very pleased with the professional quality of the technician. They were detailed in the performance of this service check-up. They also made sure that the drain lines were cleaned as in Florida those can become easily clogged. the technician was very attentive and patience with my questions and addressed all of our concerns for the continuing efficient operation of the systems. He even provide photos of the debris cleaned out of the drain line and the status of the Halo air purification system previously installed. He reconnected the bluetooth for us to operate the system remotely as I had loss that connection when updating my cell phone. They were on-time as expected and courteous throughout all of our interaction. I plan to continue to use them to keep these systems operating at maximum efficiency.

EC Waters did a great job installing our new air conditioner. They were on time the day of installation, set right to work and we had cool air running in several hours. They weren't pushy sales types, yet were glad to give quick pros and cons of new systems. We have been very pleased with our new system from EC Waters. We have used their company for many years now on routine care and maintenance and feel very comfortable knowing they are just a quick call away. Thank you.

We have been working with Tim for over 10 years. He has been very personable and helpful in every way. He explains everything to us and takes his time to go over everything he is servicing. We look forward to him coming twice a year as we chose the preventative route with our unit. We have recommended him to many people as we know he will be the best fit for them. We hope he continues to be our service person for many more years.

We have been using E.C. Waters since 2010. Tim is always the person who comes out to service our equipment. He knows the ins and outs of our system, is knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and polite. It's nice to have the same people come out every time who are familiar with your system, as opposed to some other companies that seem to have a revolving door of employees.

We have used the professional services of E. C. Waters Air Conditioning for many years. They initially serviced and repaired our previous units, and then they installed our new units in both zones. From service & repair to sales & installation, we have found them to be thorough, responsive and trustworthy as well as fairly priced. Their technician Tim is always happy to explain any equipment issues and performs quality workmanship. We have referred them to many friends over the years and will continue to do so.

Every part of the process with EC Waters was great. I never waited with questions, the equipment came fast, the install was scheduled quickly, and the installers were only at the house for a day for a complete AC removal and install.

Donald and Chris were exceptional. They were nice, worked fast, they weren't loud (if that matters to you), they indulged the kids when they grabbed tools. They also had answers for other questions I had relating to duct work. Just great guys all around. Highly recommend.

Von Johnson from EC Waters did an outstanding job cleaning our AC evaporator and blower! He was patient, polite, and very personable, taking the time to explain everything and ensure the job was done right. It’s rare to find someone as thorough and professional. He had his apprentice Austin with him and they both did a great job. Will use for annual service in the future.
