Found Carlos on google and decided to call him after I realized that my A/C was on but blowing hot air. He had good reviews and was located close by so I decided to give him a shot. Carlos was able to come by immediately and told us what the issue was. He quoted us a reasonable price and gave us a few options as what we could do. We decided to get a new unit as ours had a leak and wanted peace of mind. He was able to get a new unit later on that day and I asked him to come Saturday morning but then asked if he could come back later to start part of the job, because I was concerned about my pet being without cool air. He finished the job earlier today and I am so happy that we hired him to do the job, he is very professional and kind. He will be our go-to A/C guy from now on!
