Terrible customer service from counter personnel to store manager. Nobody in the store or tech support is familiar with Grandaire advantage warranty which covers labor credit up to one year. In the unfortunate event, like mine, that you have a pin hole leak in the evaporator 10 month's after the installation the contractor has to absorb the labor cost. This company has stolen and charged my credit card $852.42
My AC technician replace my compressor on 10/04/22 from Carrier Enterprises. My compressor was still under warranty and when the technician when to get the new compressor they told us that I had to pay $742.31 for the compressor and $50 for the warranty handling a total of $852.42. Carrier said that we will get our money back in two weeks back to my credit card. 2 weeks passed and 3 weeks passed the technician called Carrier and they told him that I will get the money by the last week of October or the first week of November. I waited till the middle of November and no money has been returned to my credit card I told the technician to find out and then again in person to the Carrier company and they told him that they can find the receipt, the salesperson is no longer working there. Even so, we told them we have a receipt and show it to Carrier. They need to return all my money. Please do not do any business with Carrier.
