I bought a new air conditioning unit a little over a year ago and noticed since that time my power bills were still increasing and areas in the home were still not being cooled or warmed even though my understanding now is that I actually have a 4 ton unit. Patrick who was referred to me by my brother came out, looked over my system, gave me a thumbs up on the unit that was purchased, but brought to my attention that my airflow was being constricted, which in turn was making my unit work harder by trying to push out more air and that was my real issue. In the past I’ve never gotten my house to go below 74° , however after they’ve corrected the issue, my system works at whatever temperature you place it on. I’m so thankful for his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge and I will highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of their services.

I spoke with Patrick and he was able to accommodate my schedule , Stone arrived right on time, was very friendly, professional, courteous. After he left, I had a question regarding my air conditioner, after speaking with Patrick, stone came right back and had Patrick on the phone the whole time as they figured out the problem. I called Patrick from Supreme Air Solutions because my mother-in-law‘s air conditioner was not functioning properly. He came out the same day (after calling to let me know he was 20 minutes away), quickly diagnosed the problem, and called (as I had requested) to let me know what needed to be done. He very efficiently took care of the problem and let me know when everything was done. He also answered my many questions in regards to exactly how old the unit is and the tonnage and seer rating so I could better get a handle on how soon until we may need to replace the unit and what to replace it with. He’s been in business for many years and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of ACs, heat pumps, repair, and installation. Nothing but rave reviews for him and his company. He knocked on the door of my mother-in-law‘s house to collect payment and she had nothing but the most wonderful things to say about how nice, kind, and professional he was. We are also pleased with him, his work ethic, efficiency, etc. Patrick, we will definitely be calling you again.

Here it is several months later and it’s time to replace the AC unit. He and his crew did a great job for a great price. Once again, very pleased.
