Fel-Air came in and installed 3 split air units for my home. They were thorough, professional and made sure I knew what I needed to know. They also removed my old wall unit that didn't work any more. They also made sure I had a real good electrician to upgrade my home so I could have good heating and air conditioning. I so appreciate their hard work and I recommend them to be your air-heating company. THANK YOU!

We had fel air install a unit in 2020 and we have been very happy with our unit and their service! Recently we had a clogged line and Omar the tech came out and fixed it right away. Customer service with this company had been amazing highly recommend!

Update. They finally replaced the defective unit that had been trouble all summer. Had them install mini split 2 years ago. Good job good response. Now I need repair and after trying for 2 weeks calling the 3 numbers leaving messages, no one calls me back 😞😬. All I get is recording. Sad to say they must not be in business anymore 🙀. Looking for another company to help me. I have since writing my review gotten ahold of Fel Air. They acknowledged there is a problem but they are too busy to take care of it. I have a 10 year warranty with them. But it’s worthless because they are not honoring it. I spent $10,000 with them and they keep putting me off. Absolutely horrible experience and service.
