I called because our AC went out and he came over within a few hours. He troubleshooted the issue and fixed the problem. He is very friendly and easy to work with. I also had another issue when the AC went again after a power surge. It was after 10 PM but he helped me troubleshoot the issue by text and I was able to get it running again. Great service!

Great service i highly recommend Ronald, I call around 2:30 pm he said he will show up around 7 pm and he did,he looked at my ac unit he explained what problem was, two days he shows up with the parts now my ac is working great again great job.

Honestly one of the best, nicest, most efficient people I’ve ever met. Ronald is awesome. So is Oswaldo. I used one of the big companies for years and flushed plenty of money away. Was always sold something. Many things that probably never needed to really be done. Ronald is honest, fair, and is like a scientist with this stuff. Our A/C was being severely neglected and not working properly. I called, and the technician came out the same day to check it out. He returned the following morning to do full service, and our A/Cs are running great again! He also brought us extra air filters so we could switch them out in the future. Great service by a very kind technician for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

If I could give "Cold Electric" and Ronald 6 out of 5 stars I would. I want to give credit where credit is due. Ronald provides great home AC repair service. Ronald is very responsive and committed to getting the job done. He keeps impressing me.

I am impressed by his integrity. He gives very fair pricing and does not do any unnecessary (upsell) stuff or overpricing that other home AC techs seem to do. After being impressed before, I was so impressed with his most recent service (condenser capacitor bad) I paid him 40% more than he quoted me because I knew I was still getting a good deal (even after the 40% increase) compared to what most other AC service providers would charge me.

Ronald is no nonsense and works quickly. But he is also happy to take the time to explain (and even show you directly if you wish) exactly what he finds. Good guy. He provides the kind of service-over-time that motivates a customer like me to take the time to give a very positive review, like this one. "Cold Electric" will be my AC service for years to come. We called for service on our newer, smaller AC unit that supports the entire upstairs to a home we bought recently. It felt like it was trying to cool, but it just wasn’t. Right during a heat wave (of course!). Ronald came, helped clean up the rat’s nest of wires to the unit in the garage and did some work outside. It was working but still struggling. New motor it was. He had it up and running and the room went from 91 to 72 in no time. He was kind, professional, and explained all my silly questions like “best temp to keep humidity down.” We were so impressed we scheduled for maintenance as well. Will absolutely call again when we need any additional service.

Ronald was very professional and courteous. He answered all the questions I had and was very informative. He even showed me a couple of tips to show how things worked. He is very quick to respond. I am so glad I found my AC guy for future needs.
