One of my top experiences with a service organization of any kind. Always there when I needed them as a nursed the last breath out of my circa 2006 unit. Gave them first shot at installing the new unit, and they knocked it out of the park. High quality, high efficiency unit, with a great warranty and great financing. i'd recommend them to friends and family.

We’ve been using them for the past 3 years for routine service. They have always been on time, professional and very well knowledgeable. Our Carrier unit is about 18 years old and it’s still running strong. Nothing against the unit. It’s a testimony for Carriers on how great they are. But it’s getting time to get a new Carrier and only a Carrier. And that’s one of the many reasons I use this service company. Is because they are a Carrier Service dealer. You guys keep up the great work and hopefully I will be getting that new system soon. Just can’t let my old Carrier go. Lol

I have been using this company since last 10 years; when Mr. Preston used to handle the business. He was reasonable and trustworthy technician. Now, I am not sure if he is not a part of this business or he sold the business to someone else. In last two years, I called them three times and a new guy Mr. Patrick showed up. My experience with him is not as good. He is greedy and always over price the invoice. He does a good job but prices are way too high.

My scheduled appointment was prompt Omar, the technician was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking and addressing all issues. My service was handled very professionally and in a short amount of time.

A company’s reputation rises and falls with its employees so hiring high quality talent is important.
We shopped around to replace our 15-year-old - still functioning (barely) - air conditioning.
Air Excel LLC was recommended to me by a friend but I still wanted to see what prices were so I got 5 different quotes.
Patrick from Air Excel LLC came out, assessed our needs, listened intently to our concerns, and provided 4 different quotes (good, better, best, amazing). He recommended we shop around and even if we didn’t select his company some of his recommendations would make a huge difference in the air quality throughout our house.
His prices were extremely reasonable and competitive, but the relationship he built is what put this company above the others.
He was open, honest, and didn’t try to sell me on stuff we didn’t need.
Once we agreed he quickly scheduled the install and kept in contact leading up to the day.
His installation team was beyond professional. They always wore booties when coming in the house, wore masks to protect us from possible COVID-19 infection, and never lingered or kept the door open longer than necessary to keep as much cool air in the house as possible while installing the unit.
The next day Patrick texted to ask how the Á/C was and if we were happy. Well, considering my wife now complains that the house is too cold I’d say they did an excellent job!
