I have been with this company for many years. Advanced Mechanical Services is an A+ rated provider amongst all its long term National account clients.

Do not use this company they have very poor quality techs. Kat McCreary a female who doesn't know squat about commercial HVAC is the operations manager. Jerry sharr doesn't care about his employees, you are just another number.

The employee that drives van 430 is a terrible driver and cut me off and multiple people off and drives super aggressively can’t imagine having that person in your house to do a repair

Terrible Customer Service. My company has an annual contract with this company. We had an issue about an invoice and the response was extremely rude. Incredible how a company with such a long history can still can't train its managers to solve problems smoothly.

Their employee that drives van #425 definitely needs anger management for road rage. If I ever needed services of this type for my company, this would definitely not be the company I would call. If a traffic jam can cause the anger and manner of this driver, imagine what he would be like working for you, dropping a screw or accidentally crossing wires.

Robert came on a Sunday to Diag my A/C unit. Pin pointed the issued found to the Part on the Next and installed it for a fair price parts and labor. I will continue to use his services for all my A/C concerns
