They did a really good job and the prices were not bad. As a first time home owner I didn't have alot of money to work with and they were able to help me finance the repairs.

Michael was very professional. He had a trainee with him and he took the time to explain details to him and also to me. He also had to contact the manufacture of the product, and took care of that also. very thankful for his service.

Had our guy come out was on time and even got a txt letting me know he was on his way. Got there went right to work was clean and professional. I know I’ll have to get my entire house done in the next few years and I’ll be using them again!

Most unreliable company! Do not use them! The plumber showed up an hour and a half after the time frame and did not call 30 minutes ahead of time like they promised. He left without waiting or checking with me. The phone call lady hang up on me when I asked the plumber’s whereabouts. Extremely rude service!

The whole staff provided such a pleasant service all around. The operator who scheduled was friendly. WILLIAM the tech arrived early. He found the pipe leak behind the drywall in between the concrete. William was fast, professional and super friendly. I would definitely do business with them again!!!

Bill came out to my home from a referral from my real estate agent since she had good service from him. I had a water problem with my well bladder and pump. When Bill came to my home & I explained my problem to him he immediately knew what my problem was - the air pressure on my bladder was not properly done by the prior contractor who had installed the bladder and new pump. Bill adjusted the air pressure on my bladder and adjusted the pump as well. Now I have water and water pressure that I did not have before his visit. I signed up to their maintenance program so that my well bladder and pump and all of my water faucets inside the home will be checked on an annual basis. Thank you Bill and I would recommend you and your company to a friend.

Wow! True professionals! From the scheduling, to the quote and then to the installation, these guys are amazing. Finding good contractors is difficult at best, but RJ Kielty gets it done right. Will Martinez was out technician and he was a true professional and gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable, very polite and ultra helpful. We had a difficult install due to space constrictions and Will got the job done without a single issue. I was not expecting that. The pricing is good, but if you are going to compare it to a non-professional, buyer beware. You get what you pay for! Even if they are slightly more, it is 100% worth it. The parts that they use, the technology that they have and the folks that they employ are top notch. I will not call another company ever again. Luis Rodriguez provided outstanding service in installing two new toilets, then returning to replace the toilet seats when the wrong ones were sent the first time.

I couldn't be more pleased with this company. I recently had my entire home re-plumbed from sink to street. I had a tight deadline between moves and was nervous about a project this extensive and everything went so smoothly. Grady was always available to answer any questions I had. The plumbing team was so pleasant to deal with and the project was done in less time that I imagined. I highly recommend RJ Kielty. Don't call anyone else.

Woke up one morning and my hot water heater decided to south. Called RJ Kielty as soon as they opened, representative was courteous and helpful, got me scheduled same day, tech came out a few hours later, check to see what would be needed to remedy my situation, answered all my questions and concerned on the spot. Got lucky he had exact same capacity tank with him so no waiting. Agreed on the price and work was completed in a few hours. Took the old tank away and I was back up and running!

Our company was searching for a plumber to look at multiple leak issue that we were having at our animal hospital in Orlando. We went with R.J based on their great reviews. We contacted them through their website and they responded surprisingly fast. They got us scheduled for the next day. Will M was our technician and he was great. We will definitely be using them again when needed.

We had a wonderful experience with our technician Michael Smith. We had our kitchen faucet replaced and it turned out that the one we purchased ahead of time didn’t fit into the hole in our granite countertop. It was a new design in the faucet that added an extra piece that made it too thick. Michael was nice enough to offer to take his lunch break so that we could buy a different faucet that would fit. He came back from his lunch break and installed the faucet with no problem. We also had issues with our old kitchen faucet leaking but no longer have that problem with the new faucet. Michael even extended us a discount which was a nice surprise. I was especially happy that Michael wore a mask the entire time he was working and even put in shoe covers before entering our house. We will definitely use them again!

I am very pleased with the service my technician Michael Smith provided. He went above and beyond to complete my repairs and cleaned up before leaving. The price for my repairs came in far lower than the quote I received from another company. I'll definitely be going to R.J. Kielty for all future plumbing and HVAC work I might need.

This place was great! Phone service was quick and friendly. I was able to get a same day appointment. Franklin arrived early and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. He even took time to give me some quick plumbing tips. Will absolutely call for future needs.

I needed a plumber to come and fix my very clogged toilet. I called mid morning and Veronica was courteous, upbeat and positive when making a same day appointment for me. The tech, Franklin, called me 20 min prior to his arrival, as promised, and was actually early!! He explained the process, the two possible treatment options and then quickly and efficiently got the job done. He was very respectful and hardworking. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again for plumbing needs! (PS: love that they don’t charge a service fee - you simply get charged for the work that’s done!)

Service Guy, Raul, is great for his service. I wish the company had better coordination with previous technician so that all the issues could be taken care today. By the way, Raul forgot to take the old faucet away.

Michael Gilbert did an absolutely superb job repairing my broken shower head pipe. It would have been a daunting task for many plumbers but he did it resourcefully, efficiently and professionally. He is also has great customer service skills. Will DEFINTELY be asking for his services in the future, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great Plumber, will use again. Will was awesome. He would not stop until he found and fixed the problem. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. I had already had another plumber come out and say are toilet was not clogged, but when it still would not flush or go down we contacted R.J. They came out the same day and fixed my toilet, it look longer than Will wanted it to, but he got it fixed and I am so thankful.

I could not be happier with the service provided by RJ Kielty Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to have my water heater replaced. After their technician (Franklin) took made an assessment of what I need and gave me a written estimate of the total cost, the company was able to immediately schedule a time for the installation. He was competent, efficient, friendly, and provided me with some pointers on how to best maintain my new water heater. I highly recommend them.
