Within an hour of my call Bill showed up the access the situation. He did a thorough inspection and found where the problem was. He was both professional and friendly.

The tech we had was Steve. I was very concerned when I heard him say multiple times oh no oh my god. I’ve never had a tech or contractor get so frazzled! He hit a water pipe and got water all over our carpet. Also no respect for our home leaving the door open. We have dogs and cats also a hornet got into the house. Not very professional!

I called First Quality Plumbing to come and inspect leaking near our toilet, where water was coming from the baseboard near the toilet and no visible water around the toilet itself. We asked the technician specifically about the wax ring failing being the culprit. He refused to pull the toilet up and check despite our questioning, and told us he felt it was the bolts and rings on the toilet tank causing the issue, as he noticed they were loose (despite the fact that we saw no water come from there). Fast forward just a little over 60 days later, and we have water coming from the baseboards again. Except now I have mold everywhere behind the baseboards and within the drywall! Call them back out, and the technician discovers a bad wax ring. It is clear that water was slowly leaking through the bottom and back of the tile into the baseboards, so that is why it took time to see the water again (as it was soaking into the drywall). I was billed full price for this, no discount or warranty for the job not being completed right the first time. Spoke to manager Jack, and he was unable and unwilling to rectify the situation. He would only go off the technicians notes that report fixing the leaking the first time, which is clearly not the case. Terrible business practices, we will find another company going forward to handle our plumbing needs. The fact that we called an expert out, was told that our suspicions are wrong, to have to then call them back and pay for a service fee the second time, in addition to having an extensive water damage and a mold problem to remediate (the extent of damage could have been prevented with the proper fix the first time). And the fact that I only asked for a discount for the service, I was not even seeking damages from the resulting aftermath of not fixing it right the first time. Just ridiculous!

I have been using First Quality Plumbing for years and they continue to be the most responsive, professional, kind, communicative, and efficient in their customer service, not to mention fair in their pricing. When you call, no matter what time, someone will answer, take the message in prioritize the service. They are outstanding and I use them for my home renovation business, my hair salon and my personal home as well. Wouldn’t call anyone else in Orlando and surrounding areas!

Had a total water heater failure. First Quality Plumbing answered the phone on Saturday and a help on the way within the hour. Technician Darius was informative, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend this company.

I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, they were on time, professional, and worked their butts off today to clear a main line clog. I’m almost in tears knowing they handled our issues and didn’t give up even though I feel like everything that fails around me is an absolute mess. It’s definitely never an easy problem to solve for sure. You can’t go wrong with them! They’ll forever have my business and everyone I know.

We had our water heater replaced by First Quality Plumbing. Christian was our technician & he did a wonderful job. He was professional, efficient & courteous. I would highly recommend!

Took a little while, but with the extra effort, he was very able to clear our long drain line and get us back up and running. After calling dispatch, it wasn’t much after I received a call from the technician who came out as soon as possible. We appreciate the help will definitely recommend.

Company sent someone out the same day I called. Keegan was great, very fast, knew exactly how to fix the water hoses and had the parts with him. I highly recommend First Quality.

George and his helper where great ,they got my repipe done in 2 days. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer reassured me I was in good hands with first quality plumbing. George and his helper deserve a raise for sure :)

We only use First Quality Plumbing for our home. We’ve had them when we installed new kitchen, 3 new bathrooms and miscellaneous work along the way.

They are always timely in giving an appointment, on time on scheduled day, excellent, professional work and affordable.

Brandeis was able to identify and resolve the issue within just a few moments and diagnosing. Thinking we may have had a bigger issue, he was able to put our minds at ease. Great job and a very fair price. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing work.

Daryl was absolutely a charm, great, professional, answered all of my questions, I really appreciated his work repairing my house water valve. The company's communication at large however really lacked- both on Sunday when I called the emergency line, the guy who called me back said he'd be out that day but he would call and let me know when he'd be there that night but it was a no-call no-show, and nobody called me the next day, I had to call to ask where I was on the schedule (first opening was Thursday). Then they just...showed up that day, without calling to schedule a rough window of when to arrive so I could make sure I was there and free to talk, which impacted my work-from-home job significantly. This would absolutely be 5 star review if there had just been more communication from the company about scheduling/ability to come out.

Deryl from First Quality was excellent. He is a fast worker, answered all my concerns, and was kind and considerate. He showed up early and was prepared. I was impressed with the fair price and the professionalism. I highly recommend.

Impressed with the professionalism and the competitive pricing. We had a variety of plumbing projects around the house that we’d been putting off for too long, and then our shower stopped working completely. We got a few bids from the big players in town, then remembered the great experience we had with First Quality years ago—wish we had called them first!

The entire experience was very professional, from the service writer, Jack, with clear communication and follow-up, to the excellent work from their technician, Christian. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be using them again… but hopefully not too soon! 😊

Our hot water heater quit and we called Sat. scheduled for Monday. Jason came out at scheduled time and we had hot water again within 2 hours. His work was efficient and experienced. He was friendly and respectful. The office staff was helpful and respectful and got us scheduled and apprised of the job. We have every confidence in this business.
We had a second job with Jason on Tuesday. He noticed something not right with one of the gas lines. As promised he was prompted and completed the job efficiently and skilled.

I have had First Quality Plumbing come by my home for two separate issues. I wish I remembered the first technician's name, but he was really honest and checked for warranties on my home before doing any work on my water heater that was leaking in my garage. He was able to reduce my bill by doing so. Additionally, he installed a Pressure Valve on my home, which keeps my home safe from potential future damages.

Recently, I had Jacob come by to service a small leak we were having in one of our bathrooms that found its way under our floors. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was incredibly friendly. He also tried to lower my bill, but the system wouldn't let him reduce it. I actually really appreciate that two separate technicians tried their best to keep the price as low as possible.

Outstanding customer service by Keegan. Totally professional courteous and I think one of the best technicians I’ve ever come across. Extremely knowledgeable explained to me every question that I had. Went straight to work without missing a beat took care of my water heaters heating elements like a true professional. He arrived earlier than expected, and honestly left sooner than I expected. It is hard to find a company this responsive with such great technicians. Thank you for getting us up and running with hot water again for the whole family. I appreciate you all very much. Oh one more mention, the schedulers and dispatchers were very courteous and professional also.
