Second time I used this company to assist me with plumbing issues. First time was a few years ago regarding my garbage disposal. This time was a main line clog with my plumbing. I called July 3rd and because of the holiday weekend it was busy but Erica, the receptionist, told me to call back after hours to see if a technician on call could help. They sent me someone that evening...which I was expecting them to come the next day...very impressive. Alphonso can about 30 minutes after calling them and was amazing. Though the price was a little higher than expected , I have to say that everyone I contacted from this establishment was courteous, helpful and reliable...go figure...it's in the name! I would recommend and will reach out to them again if I have any issues in the future.

The service provided was great from the moment I called. I was scheduled and seen within 3 hours of calling. I had a clogged bathroom sink and the position of the sink made it difficult to access. The technician was friendly and informative of everything he needed to do and also showed me what was clogging my drain. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again as I live in an old house with constant pipe issues. I've used other companies who were not friendly, not on time, and not communicative. Reliance will be my choice from now on.

I had them come out to give me an estimate on a house re-piping. They cancelled on me the first time, asked to reschedule, then they charged me an $85 fee for an estimate. The guy who came out spent all of 5 minutes looking at my 2 bathrooms. Nobody ever told me there would be a service fee in the 5 plus times I was on the phone with this company. Not a single other company charged me a fee, and they're quotes were $2,000 cheaper than reliance plumbing. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Reliance plumbing has been to our home several times. This review is for the installation of a new hot water heater. A technician arrived shortly after I called, and offered to repair or replace our water heater. Pricing was clearly explained. The heater was replaced the next morning. The technician was professional, conscientious, and offered tips on maintaining our water heater and other plumbing. Trying to do an extra-good job, the technician connected the relief valve to the drain in the wall rather than leave it to drain into the pan under the heater as the previous plumber did. Unknown to him, the wall drain did not in fact drain to the outside. Fortunately I knew how many drains were on the outside of the wall, and the technician was actually willing to test his hookup when I questioned it. A bit of water ended up in our family room, and the drain arrangement had to be changed. I deducted one star for this incident, although I suspect that many other plumbers would have ignored a housewife's concerns and told me everything would be just fine. Then I would have had a flood later. Overall I was very satisfied with this service call. Disclosure: Reliance Plumbing offered to enter my name in a draw for a refund up to $200 in exchange for writing this review, regardless of how I rated the service call.

I should have read the reviews first before calling them. Was over charged for a leaky pipe. Later that day Another plumber told me he could have done it far more cheaper but I couldn’t cancel because I would have been charged an estimate fee for $85 just for the guy to come check it and only waived if you use their service. So never again will I use your business.

I have used Reliance for years. Initially we had them repipe our home after seeing their portfolio pictures of the work they had done. They were incredibly clean (no dust) and when they finished, you couldn't even see where they had had to make large access holes in some of my walls. I was highly impressed. Their price had been VERY competitive at the time too. We had 4 estimates done and hands down, Reliance was significantly less expensive. I have referred quite a few people to them over the years for this same service.
We have continued to use them over the years but have found that the prices are quite high at this point. We paid for a garbage disposal replacement that ended up being about twice the price of other plumbing companies. A pipe leak in our yard (where we dug the trench for the plumber before he arrived) that took 20 minutes to repair cost over $350. Most recently, a fixture in our shower needs replacement and the estimated cost is going to be over $700 (for just replacing the hot/cold water handle.)
Reliance has always been very responsive and professional but the prices are simply beyond what I am willing to pay anymore. It makes me sad, as we've been customers of their for over 10 years.

Normally don't write reviews but this company left a real bad feeling with me. I called for an after hours drain clog. I expected to pay a premium for the 7pm service call. Tech showed up and told me it would be $450 to unclog the drain line. An hour later he stated he couldn't clear the clog with the equipment he had, he needed to go get another piece of equipment and it would be $900. I refused the up charge so he continued to try to clear the clog for an additional hour. Initially he told me his limit on the drain line was 120ft, which is why he needed the other piece of equipment. 30 minutes later he tells me he ran a line 150ft and couldn't clear the clog. I was then charged $140 and told, "I cant fix it." The next morning I called a different plumber that cleared the clog in 30 minutes with less than 75 feet of line and charged me $200. Feel like Reliance scammed me!

They answered the phone right away and dispatched a plumber within 2 hrs of my call. Better than most since most other plumbers were unavailable. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. The price was high for the work that was done and seemed they charged a premium for cheap parts. This may be common in plumbing though especially for an emergency call. I had a broken hose spigot inside the concrete wall and needed the water back on same day so I paid the high price. They came and got the job done quickly though so I suppose it was worth it.

The process to book the appointment was great and they are very friendly and very helpful when they answer the phone and book the appointment. They were able to set it up for same day if I chose. Albert was on-time, professional, told us exactly what he was going to do and did it. Very honest and upfront. We will definitely call again when we need plumbing services. Thank you!

Great experience with Reliance Plumbing from start to finish. Easy process to set up the appointment online and excellent follow up. Danny arrived right on time and immediately identified the issue and resolved it! Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the issue and how I can prevent it from re-ocurring. I am extremely pleased with the level of service I have received from Danny and will not hesitate to contact Reliance Plumbing in the future.

Nathan was the technician that came out. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about his work he did for me. I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing repairs. I will definitely use Reliance Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Alberto came on time. He was knowledgeable and respectful and he made sure that I understood what was going on.
There was water damage on my hardwood floor next to the bathroom. It was coming from the tub. He took the appropriate steps to figure out exactly where it was coming from. We agreed on the work and he did it in no time.

It’s always a good experience working with Reliance. I’ve used them for over 20 years. Today I had a toilet replaced and Alfonso did a perfect job. He’s also very professional and really pays attention to detail. He left the bathroom spotless too! We all know plumbing issues can be expensive, but with Reliance at least you get what you pay for.

From my first phone call to Reliance Plumbing, my experience was a great one. Thelma, who answered the call was professional, and friendly. She set up an appointment for a free estimate the next morning. A representative called me in the morning and advised that the plumber was on his way. Chris arrived within 1/2 hour and explained what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I had purchased a water heater and needed the old one removed and new one installed. He was very efficient and did a GREAT job. Chris is truly a professional! He cleaned up and took away the old water heater and parts - didn't leave a mess for me to clean up either! I am happy I called them and would not hesitate to contact them again, and also would recommend Reliance Plumbing to others. Thank you Chris and Reliance for an awesome job.

Right from the first call the service was great. Very professional and courteous on the phone (something you don't see often enough anymore). My plumber arrived when he was scheduled and listened to what I was seeing and agreed with me. He also found a problem with a shut off valve and repaired that as well. Repairs were made quickly and they were well done. If this is what all of their employees are like you can't go wrong.

The other 3 local Plumbing companies did not email or call me back after leaving a request for service. Albert, Reliance Plumber, walked me through the repair and showed me the issue. I made an appointment online for water heater maintenance. I got an email confirmation. Nobody called me. Nobody showed up at the time of the appointment.
