Great experience with Bill and David! Bill gave great explanation on cause and solution to fixing our water heater leak issue. All our questions were answered with detail and understanding. Both of them did a great job with the service and fixing the leak. Would certainly recommend Choice Plumbing!

We thought we had been SOL when our first plumber came out and nothing was fixed until Nick and Sebastian came out. You can’t beat experience and Nick has it. When he came out I had asked him if he wanted me to catch him up on what had happened up to this point and he said he had a pretty good idea of what had happened then told us what he thought happened which was EXACTLY what had happened. Talk about impressive! He came out, diagnosed the real issue and was upfront and honest from the start. Which is what I think we all want and ask for in a day n age where it seems like everyone is just trying to make a quick buck off of you. Very grateful they were sent out the second time. 🙏🏽

David was very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly so that I could understand. He was very friendly and pleasant. Gave me a timeframe it would take to complete the service. Great service. I called around 7am and someone was to my house before 10am. That’s what I call good customer service. I would recommend Choice Plumbing.

Alex was great! We had a busted pipe in our kitchen and he fixed our problem in one day. Service was exceptional and the price reasonable. I highly recommend Choice plumbing!

We are from out of State and didn't know who to call. We went on Google, Choice Plumbing was the first company to answer our call. They were able to schedule us last minute for first thing the next morning. Their automated system is great, it let's you know when they're on their way. Alex was amazing, it was like having a friend here to help us out. We can't say enough good things. Thanks guys l!!

David from Choice Plumbing was great, he worked quickly and efficiently replacing a water heater, and a few other odds and ends in our house. We definitely plan on going with them in the future and would recommend this company to anyone we know. Pricing was very reasonable for us too so that’s a huge plus!

Satisfied with the quality of work. However, way too expensive. $475 to replace a toilet flange and install the new toilet, old one was already removed by myself. We were informed it was one of the lowest price flanges they had, the job would take quite a while to complete, and that the replacement of the flange/PVC could not be done on the first visit. We scheduled an appt for the following day, work was completed in 30 minutes, significantly shorter time frame than informed yet the same price was charged. I also appeared to inconvenience the lady who answered the phone when calling for an update…plumber arrived 2 hours and 29 minutes late for the scheduled follow up appt knowing we had the leave the house at a specific time. But, we were the inconvenience for calling to request an update of their whereabouts. The irony. All in all, based on past reviews and our experience the work will be done to a very good standard. David was knowledgeable and explained our options but, do be prepared to possibly get taken advantage of in regards to the company pricing/labor rates. Should we not have been leaving town and on a time crunch, we would have definitely shopped around for other options.

I use Choice Plumbing to install a tankless hot water heater, water filtration system, replace three leaky hose bibs, and replace toilet shut off valves. The service I received from Alex was outstanding. Very knowledgeable in plumbing and answered all my questions before leaving my home.

Prior to the job Choice Plumbing was quick to answer any questions I had. I first contacted another plumbing company and they would never return calls or answer questions about the items they were going to install. That was not the case with Choice Plumbing. They will answer all your questions no matter how many you ask.

I decided to use the Kind e3000uv filter system and salt free softener after checking online reviews. This was a system they did not carry but had no problem allowing me to buy it and then installing it for me.

They are five star all the way from the owner down.

Water dripping and filling bowl quickly. First two plumbers could come in two days. Called Choice .
Bill came right away. Was quick, professional and friendly. Returned to install the new needed faucet. Would use again and recommend to my friends.

Carlos came out. Very polite, listened, gave his advice. Kept us informed and did an outstanding job. Am selling my home and will leave Choice Plumbing Orlando as a contact for the future owners as a go to for excellent service.

We had a great experience with Choice Plumbing replacing our tankless water heater. From the first call with Roddy the customer service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and professional. Javier Lopez, the technician, did a fantastic job. The price was fair, and the whole process—from signing to installation—took just half a day. We’re very happy with their work and will absolutely use them again!

This was the first time I used Choice. Even though our problem turned out to be non-plumbing related, I would recommend them. Alex thoroughly checked for leaks and confirmed our suspicions that it was most likely a foundation problem. He could have easily invented a problem and charged us for it, but he didn’t. That’s priceless.

Want to get ripped off while receiving subpar service? look no further than Choice Plumbing and their so-called "expert" Carlos. My ex-wife unfortunately had the misfortune of dealing with these charlatans who charged her a ridiculous amount of $245 to install a simple toilet valve. For context, it’s a year old toilet that simply needed a piece that connects the chain to the flapper. Instead, Carlos took advantage of the situation a job that should take no more than 15 minutes. To make matters worse, Carlos wanted to charge $39 service call fee in addition to $245.
The real kicker is he pulled this scam on my teenage son, who was the only one home at the time. Carlos clearly saw an opportunity to run his little scheme, taking full advantage of the fact that my son, young and inexperienced, was left to handle the situation on his own. This isn’t just overcharging, it’s predatory behavior, plain and simple.

There’s no doubt he was more interested in running up the bill than providing quality advice and service. The work he did wasn’t work the work of a rocket scientist. It’s was simply a toilet valve replacement and doesn’t take a genius to figure out this was a blatant overcharge. I would have gladly paid $125-$150 tops for replacing a part which again didn’t need to be fully replaced.

If you’re considering using Choice Plumbing, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Save your money, and don’t let them take advantage of you like they did to my family. They are tue textbook example of why people don't trust plumbers and they represent everything wrong with the industry and local businesses here in the Windermere/Winter Garden/Ocoee areas.

Let me further clear up any misunderstandings.

1. Carlos being a nice person is not the issue. And yes i am angry with “Choice Plumbing” in the way conduct business. So again my issue is with your company’s lack of transparency .
2. My ex-wife expressed concerns her concerns to Carlos about the pricing before he started the work which was not communicated clearly to her.
3. I’m aware the problem was with the $20-$25 fill valve. The issue remains that the cost of the service was disproportionate to the work done, especially given the short time it took and the low cost of the part itself.
4. I don’t expect services to be done at cost. However, $245 for a simple fill valve replacement is more than excessive, even considering your overhead. But if your company had been clear in transparency from the beginning with its pricing this review could have been avoided.
5. My call wasn’t to berate or directed at your staff. So my apologies there. I called I express my dissatisfaction with the lack transparency, and started the work before the cost of service clearly understood. Moving forward, please consider being up front with your pricing and communicated clearly upfront to avoid issues these possible issues in the future.

I had a very great experience with Choice Plumbing. I was referred to them by a coworker and I’m glad I was. I requested a FREE estimate online and within minutes I received a call from them to schedule an appointment. The next morning they showed up and even the owner, Kelly came. They explained everything I needed to do for an addition of an expansion tank to my water heater and to have the tmp valve go to the outside of my house. For the size of the tank and all of the labor involved for the job, the quote was more than fair. After accepting the job, I was immediately scheduled for the next morning. Javier came out and did an amazing job. It looks very good and I’m glad we hired them to do the work. He cleaned the area very well after he completed and was straight forward and professional the entire time. Thank you, Choice Plumbing, for your high quality work!

Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to explain why my garbage disposal was not working correctly and gave me some very helpful tips. He went the extra mile and secured hose under my sink and showed me what to do to fix my cabinet door that was loose! I highly recommend choice plumbing!

Great company to do business with. They were prompt in making the service call and they knew just what to do to make the repair. The technician was a great people person very friendly. Highly recommend this company to do anything in the plumbing field.

I had a terrible experience with Home Choice. A technician came out to fix my hot water heater, and when they turned the water back on, they broke my guest bathroom faucet. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed particles from the heating element must have clogged the sink. At first, they said they would replace it, but then refused to pay for a new faucet.

Now I’m stuck going back and forth with American Home Shield for weeks just to get this resolved, and still there’s no accountability from Home Choice. On top of that, I’m being forced to put in another request just to get a different company to come out and fix the faucet they broke. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend using them.

The staff and service techs were so easy to work with. They re-plumbed my home in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them for any job, big or small.

It was Friday afternoon when I had to call in due to a leaking angle stop from the toilet. I initially thought it wasn’t the best time to reach out, being so close to the weekend. However, Kelly at the front desk was quick to assist and handled the situation efficiently. She promptly sent out Carlos, an experienced and knowledgeable technician, who arrived in less than an hour.
