I had a broken irrigation valve that was connected to main line. I called up El Plomero Latino and spoke to Gabriel. He was very professional stated he would have someone at the house the next day between 8 and 10 am. The plumber arrived at 9am, we spoke , pricing was approved and the problem was fixed in 30min. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others as well.

Very disappointed with this estimate personnel. Wanted me to do something that is not necessary in able for him to provide me an estimate. Don’t add to what I need to make the job seems more difficult than it actually is.

I really do not like not being heard when someone is stuck in the own way, and trying to voice their ways on to me.

Recently I had a plumbing issue. I noticed a leak coming from the bathroom sink basin. I figured the hose is loose or has a leak because screws seemed tight. It stopped but two days later it got worst. My daughter checked on Reddit for recommendations of plumbers and "El Plomero Latino" came up. I review them on line and noticed on both sites they had high recommendations. I called, they right a way schedule me for that day, gave me the name of the plumber, time frame and kept me posted as to when he'd be here. Efrain came and checked the leak and ask if the hose were new, I told him I wasn't sure but to give me a few minutes to check since I did have work done on that sink last year. In the mean time he went to get his tools. He checked again and ask if I found the information, because he could see the hose were new and in working conditions, and that the problem was the screw connecting to the basin was loose. I mentioned I had checked and it seemed tight, he explained with hands one won't be able to feel it loose (which is exactly what I used). Efrain then tighten any other screws to avoid further leaks. I was charge less than a hundred dollars for service and visit, which both my daughter and I were so surprised and relief. Though what stood out the most was his honesty. This has now become my plumbing service and I most highly recommend, base on my experience on a day they could have easily taken advantage of a situation and instead They Showed Not Only Good Service but Honesty.
