My water heater said no more (fought a good one for 14 years) called Drain Genie and had a quick response, My main language is Spanish glad they sent Carlos (who’s bilingual) a very knowledgeable technician, kindly he explain me the options, ordered new one and explain the process while changing the unit. Even after installed he went thru the faucets and see that everything was running fine with pressure and clean. Everything is back to normal now. Go for it! (Attached old heater/ technician/ new heater)

Leap Frog Home Heating and Cooling service came out today to do a AC system check and the technician, by the name of Jose, was very professional and courteous, and he did a very thorough inspection with pictures of everything, before and after cleaning. Thank you Jose

The repair man, Juan Gonzalez was polite and professional. He took pictures of the results and it was a great job. Definitely recommend this company for plumbing needs.

Technician was professional and thorough. I thought they were going to clean my Ducts but that didn't happen 🤔 However, they offered putting in an Aeroseal & Air Ducts cleaning for the price of ($4,100) which is too much for me@this time...

So apparently this is Jack rabbit mega corporation drain Jeanie no longer is a company when I clicked on this and called to schedule an appointment they answered jackrabbit. I said I’m looking for drain genie they said yeah that’s still us. I said I need somebody to come out to work on plumbing. They said no problem. See you in the morning then called at 5:30 PM saying we need more details. I called back at seven. Someone just took a message 7 AM. Someone called said we need more information about your HVAC. I called back at nine. They said we’ve got you down for an HVAC repair. We can’t get a plumber out there until next week. Don’t use this company until they get their shit figured out.

Something strange is going on though....

I used to use Air Pros, until the guy that came out to my home tried some high pressure sales pitch to get me to replace my entine homes duct work for a "bargain" super discount for military veterans of only $14,000. After that, and because my home was not cooling and because I suspected some fishy business, I called a different company and they came out to recharge my system with 1.5 pounds of refridgerant which the Air Pros guy had let out of the system as soon as he had arrived. Imagine that. $300+ to Air Pros for nothing, and $175 to a second company who actually resolved the Air Pros made situation, and my A/C was back up and running smooth. I also found the refridgerant cap Air Pros had dropped inside the Compressor Housing and put it back on to prevent refridgerant leakage.

Now ask me why I'm complaining about Air Pros on a Drain Genie Review....

Imagine my surprise when JackRabbit calls me out of the blue and says they've taken all of Air Pros customers logs because Air Pros is no more. Hmmm. What happened? Bankruptcy? Scamming too many people? I wonder. Whatever the case, I decided to give Jack Rabbit a chance and had them come out to my business to perform the standard preventative maintenance. Such a deal my friends! Two for the price of three! Unless Terrance, comes out, fiddles around for six hours acting like he's doing work, turns the A/C down to 60, and after he freezes everything in the office, he takes you out back where the cameras aren't recording and tells you "I have some serious concerns about these units!" Oh Terrance. Preach to me baby. Tell me how bad it is.

Apparently I need full duct work replacement. UV Lights installed in my air handlers to eradicate the obscene amount of bacteria growth, Air blowers need to be blown out, coils need to be cleaned (which they said requires them to remove the coil from the air handler and acid wash it in the parking lot and then reinstall...) They said between two units I was 8 to 9 poounds of refridgerant LOW. I had massive leaks in the coils but they would put DYE in the systems and something called Stop-leak to seal the leaks.

I asked them to write everything up because my landlord is responsible for the repairs to my A/C units. They are under warranty for 10 years. I had it written into my lease as a condition of my renewal because I HATE A/C problems. Funny thing, they said they would write it up, but then I never received anything until today when I called them to ask for a copy of the receipt which they never sent me. I still didn't receive the write up and I know why. It's because my coils are perfectly fine. I have two brand new units, installed in October of 2022. Of course JackRabbit didn't know that. Just like I didn't know JackRabbit is actually Air Pros until I called them today and the young lady who answered the phone said "Air Pros" which immediately made me question where I was calling, and she said she was actually JackRabbit.

Again, I paid a different company to come out behind this one to check and to make sure everything was on the up-and-up. I also took pictures of my cooling coils just to make sure JackRabbit was completely fabricating the entire issue. My blower fan needs to be blown out... gimme a break.

AFTER all that, Terrance had me sign the authorization to do work.... Yeah, AFTER the appointment was concluded. Then he charged my card, had me sign that, and then he asked me to leave him a 5-star review! I said sure, but then Terrance asked me for my phone so he could get me to the right spot. Again, i'm typing in a little window that I have no idea what it is, or where it goes, and I hit send just to see what I just did. Apparently, Terrance had me leave a FIVE STAR review for Drain Genie! What a stellar guy, having a customer leave reviews for a different company and he made sure I put his name on the review! Well, here ya go!

We are pleased with the service technician, Juan Gonzales who did maintenance on our Water heater. He was thorough and helpful. He checked and rechecked his hose connections, and made sure we were satisfied with the final result. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Gonzales again for his proficiency and friendliness. My AC went out As soon as I tried to turn the heat on. I called and spoke with Terry. He came out expeditiously and got my AC unit up and running again. Now we won’t be ice popsicles this year for winter thanks my guy. Great job and keep up the good work.

Terrence did an amazing job. Really went above and beyond for the job. Carlos can put to service my unit on Friday. He did a thorough check and concluded that my drainage was blocked. He was able to get my AC up and running in a timely manner. After the storm on Sunday-Monday, it was blocked again. He came back out to fix the blockage again. Leo is a wonderful technician as well.
