I had an emergency and a burst pipe caused my water to be shut off. I called Blessed Plumbing and they responded immediately. Carlos was dispatched and arrived within 2 hours of my call. He was professional and knew what to do. It was fixed an hour later and water was back on. Great job and a reasonable price. I was truly blessed!!

This is the second time we have used this company. They are very friendly and responsive. The technician came out and fixed our toilet as well as figured out where the leaking water was coming from on our sink. Afterward the technician cleaned everything up. The prices were also very reasonable.

Federico was professional and very knowledgeable. He checked the house clean out first when I told him my toilet downstairs flooded again in less than 6 months since the previous plumbing service did not do the job correctly. He was able to figure out the issue was with the roots of the tree and shrubs in the front yard. He took the broken pipe out, bought new pipe and installed that. Then he ran the camera to make sure everything was clear between the house and the street cleanout. He kept showing me the issues he was finding and shared the quote with me before starting the work. I am satisfied with his work and would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with plumbing and want an honest, professional and knowledgeable person to take care of the problem.

My home water heater sometimes provides hot water normally, and sometimes only warm water. Therefore, I contacted this company to inquire about their services and requested a technician to come and inspect the problem. Previously, I was informed over the phone that the diagnostic fee would be $89. They missed my first appointment, and there was no notification until I followed up myself. Then today the company sent a technician to my home. I first confirmed with the technician that he was here to diagnose the problem. After confirmation, the technician used a multimeter to test the water heater and then told me that there was nothing wrong with it, and all components were functioning correctly. He suggested that the potential problem might be that the mixing valve needed adjustment or removal, but not sure about it. The technician left without repairing or adjust anything. The company then sent me a $225 bill for the repairment. The issue is that no repairs were performed, only a diagnosis. I am willing to pay the $89 diagnostic fee, but I do not accept this unreasonable $225 charge. Furthermore, I have never given written consent or signed any contract documents. Already filed a complaint against this company through BBB.

Can you provide any document/content that prove my agreement of this repair?? No quote no contract no agreement at all.
How my request of a $89 simple diagnosis turn to a $225 repair bill even without any repairment at all?? Can you prove with anything that you did the repairment??

Excellent service, I called Blessed Solutions Plumbing because of a major issue with my home’s main sewer line. It turned out that tree roots had broken the pipe. Federico is wonderful, his company does great work and is very organized. I am a realtor in this area for over two decades and can tell you that great plumbing companies are not easy to find. I will use them again without hesitation. Very important detail if you get an estimate and you feel it is a little bit higher than others please trust me you always get what you pay for. They are absolutely worth it, the cost of being cheap is always expensive.

Marcos came in today to help with a plumbing/pipe issue. He was very professional and courteous. He did everything he could to losen an old pipe valve but had to end up cutting into our closet wall. I appreciate that he explained all the options and tried to resolve it before having to do the last resort.
