I had called another Plumber prior to getting in touch with Ken of Grace plumbing and i thank the stars that he was the one I got to work with! Amazing and quick service with such a authentic touch. I had recently moved in to my first home and I was shocked, when trying to get my washer and dryer installed, that the valve was no good. Ken was flexible and responsive when it came to scheduling, even being available the day I called. Straight forward, asked for pictures, gave a fair and affordable quote and for the job done in less then an hour while remaining informative and courteous. I have my forever plumber now and I’ll be recommending him to others for sure. Very kind and trustworthy service! Thank you so much again. I’ll never have anxiety with calling a plumber again cause i know Grace Plumbing has got my back!

Man oh man, I gave a call this morning to Kevin looking for assistance with my dishwasher. Instead of him coming out and charging me for this service, he walked me through step-by-step to fix draining of my dishwasher. He could’ve charged me but instead gave me free instructions. It’s people like Kevin who makes the world a better place. I thank him so much for his services! Grace plumbing is definitely the way to go!! 10 out of 10 will recommend!!!

Grace Plumbing helped me with a stubborn issue on my water softener bypass. They got the job done and the system’s working well now. The plumber was professional and took care not to make a mess.

Ian did right by us, and super fast. In fact, the estimate for arrival was two hours but he got here in 30 minutes. Had the job done within an hour of that. Valve replacement and further pressure troubleshooting that led to unblocking the faucet handle valve as well. Great job! Highly recommend!

I called them at 9.34 this morning to replace my water heater. It's 12.31 pm as I write this review and it's done. Ian came out, explained it to me and gave me a fair quote. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job. I'm very impressed. I recommend Grace plumbing.

My bathtub faucet was not working, called Grace Plumbing, spoke to Kevin, he stated that they charge $175 to diagnose and it will be deducted from the total bill once work is done. Ian came over, fixed the faucet in like 10 minutes, he asked for $425. I advised him that Kevin stated that I should deduct the $ 175 from the total of the $425 so I should pay only $250 ( Not a bad pay for less than 10 minutes work!). Ian insisted that the total is $425 and he could deduct only $20 if I leave a good review, he added that he called Kevin and that he was told that the total is $425!
Do not hire this company unless you are a billionaire!

I needed a new toilet installed today & I spoke with Kevin & I was happy it could be done before the hurricane. I bought the toilet & it was installed by Ian who did a really great job & cleaned up nicely also disposed of the old toilet. I appreciate that the installation was done on the same day. Kevin & Ian was very courteous & professional. I definitely recommend Grace, my experience was excellent.

They were super quick to send someone out to do my shower repair. They even offered to come earlier than my work schedule allowed. John was efficient and got the job done well. I can't wait to use my shower again! Pics are before and after.

Great service! I called and reached Kevin last night and he was very helpful and he sent Ian out first thing this morning. Ian was wonderful and detected my leak within minutes. Great service and pricing! I needed 3 faucets installed and a drained moved, Grace plumbing was able to come out the next day and complete it all for a fair price. Communication was excellent and I felt safe with the service member in my home while I was out. 10/10 recommend!

Great service. Roots from a tree grew into our pipes, causing sewage overflow into the downstairs bathrooms. Kevin came out within 24 hrs and did a wonderful job breaking them off with a snake pipe until the water was flowing again.
