Josh from Matt's plumbing came in after my firts call this morning regarding a leak that we suspected it was on the main. He looked at everything and determined that the leak was actually under the slab of the house. After having other plumbers dig holes and look for the leak he was the only one that actually found the problem. He explained to me in great detail and recommended repiping the house. I am totally impressed by his professionalism and speed to resolve my problem. I am so glad I found him.I would recommend Matt's plumbing and specifically Josh to anybody that need help with their plumbing. Carlos and Nick did a fenomenal job repiping the whole house in 2 days. It is hard to find honest and professional people now days but Matt's team are the exception to that.

We had an issue with a error code on our hot water heater. They scheduled us the next day. Joshua came out and gave us a free estimate. He was polite, professional and on time.

Jaasen was professional and knowledgeable. He installed a stove for my mother and inspected everything to make sure she would be able to use her new stove safely!

These guys made it work and were out at the house within an hour and a half of calling even though their schedule were full. I had a severe backup that had the tub and toilets completely overflowing.

While waiting the very very very short time for them to come over The issue at hand seemed to work itself out. When the tech arrived Joshua G. He did a pretty thorough checkout and pretty much knew exactly what was going on.

He was able to diagnose exactly where the issue started based on some parameters surrounding the last couple days. And even went on to give me some advice on what to do if it does it again.

I live in an old house and at some point the main cast iron drain will need replaced but thankfully this was not that time. My initial thoughts were oh it's happening.

I didn't have to get anything fixed, however I know will have to eventually rerun the drain line (1950s cast iron it's gonna happen at some point) based on what they told me and compared to some other plumbers I have called just to get an idea, they don't just jack up the price because they can. He gave me very honest advice on how to fix some things myself as well as quotes for some stuff that's way out of my ability down the line. Very reasonable price, fair and honest.

Definitely will be going with them for all future plumbing needs, I just wish I had known about them sooner.

My wife made an appointment the day before and they took us the next day, a plus. They notified me that they were on their way to include a picture of the plumber & location tracking, another plus. No issues were found, a detailed report of the inspection was provided and we weren't charged, a triple plus! Would definitely use again!

I did my due diligence looking for a reputable Plumbing Service online and came across Matt's Plumbing Service Inc. with good reviews. So I called to ask if they could come over to service a tankless water heater and a Water softener unit. They were able to accommodate an appointment for the next day.
They arrived as promised check the equipment and recommended to replace both units do to the fact that one was 11yrs old the other going on to 8yrs.
We agreed on the price, the following day Chris came at 8:30am worked his tail off under mid day sun with a temp of 98° and a heat index well above 105°. He was very meticulous on both installations, his explanation of use and schedule maintenance was on point.
I recommend them hands down. If your in the need of a good plumber give them the opportunity.

These guys were great. I was able to set up an appointment and they were able to come out and address my issue the next day. The technician was very professional, very kind and attentive and was able to fix the issue. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. I’m looking to hire them for some future projects like the water filtration system. Companies across all trades need to take their example in customer service over the phone and at the customer’s home.

We found Joseph to be Extremely informative when it came to our plumbing project. So rather than waiting to hear from other contractors we called him back to our home within an hour after the first meeting! We had a Complete repiping of our two story home. The two technicians who did the actual work were prompt, courteous, friendly and Very Professional!! I was very impressed with Delaney’s knowledge and skills. He explained everything I asked about and made sure I understood what it needed and the cost. Carols and Moses did an excellent job! So happy with the service we received. They showed up within hours of requesting a quote and started the next day and done in 3 days. Very professional and thorough. They even cleaned up after themselves and we're kind to my dogs! Thank you so much!

After they completed the job and left I had a separate plumbing issue in another area of the house that was being worked on. I desperately called the office to see if it would be possible for them to come right back. They turned around and came back and fixed the problem for me at no charge.
