Contacted Kevin with Grace Plumbing after 8 pm with a pipe leak. He was very helpful over the phone and provided a fair quote. He took the time to walk us through what would need to be done and why. He arrived within an hour. Extremely pleased from beginning to end with his service. Will definitely use and recommend in the future!

Grace plumbing is absolutely excellent! We had a toilet overflow at night and were calling every emergency plumber in the area. Grace plumbing were the only ones who not only answered but set something up set something up with us right away. I spoke with Kevin at 12 o’clock in the morning and when I explained to him what was happening he then gave me a quick diagnostic of what he thought was happening which made me feel at ease. He was also fair and honest with pricing and explained that it could wait until the next day if we didn’t want to pay emergency fees. John then came the next day, quickly found the problem and gave great conversation! They also set up mold and water damage remediation for us which came the same day as well. Communication and quality was excellent throughout along with their third party vendor. Kind people. We’ve found our plumbers!

It was Sunday and they responded and were at my house within an hour of our first call. I am impressed with Kevin the plumber that came out and the work that he did. Kevin fixed our outside pipe and water shut off valve to be much better than before! Kevin stayed in touch with us regarding his ETA during his drive to my house. I would definitely recommend Grace Plumbing!

Kevin of Grace Plumbing was able to assist in a situation that was impossible to accomplish on our own with tools we could have rented ourselves. He came over and was extremely friendly laying out what was going to happen and diagnosed the issue with ease. Following the diagnosis he then was able to give us an estimate and get to work immediately. Not only was the issue fixed in just under 5 minutes, but he was extremely thorough in making sure the issue would not come up again. The system is now performing better than it ever used to.

Me and my roommates are extremely thankful for the excellent work of Grace Plumbing along with the exceptional work of Kevin who was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in no time at all. We recently had a sewer backup that required urgent attention. Kevin and Ian with Grace Plumbing responded right away and were extremely professional and courteous. They quickly identified the issue using a sewer snake, a sewer camera, and a locator device which pointed out exactly where the issue was, which thankfully turned out to be a problem in the County sewer line. I would highly recommend Grace Plumbing to anyone looking for expert sewer cleaning services.

We had an issue with our sewer line when they ran new digital cable lines in front of the house. The owner Kevin answered his phone late at night and was able to come to the house first thing. He was very thorough and made sure it was clear where the blockage was and that it was coming from the counties side.
He had to locate the sewer vent with a seesnake, which was in our front shrubs buried fairly deep. He ran multiple sized heads to clear the line and a camera to see what was causing the blockage.
He was able to quickly get me all the information and evidence I needed to get the county to fix it the same day. Good guy, I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber they can trust.

I needed two valves replaced, our main shut-off for the house and the valve for our water filtration system. Ian came out as scheduled, assessed the best solution for both situations and made the necessary repairs professionally. Very happy I called Grace.

My garbage disposal was leaking water. I had researched the problem and came to the conclusion my 14 yr old disposal had old, cracked rubber gaskets. Ian came and said basically what I knew. I had him put in a new disposal. Ian was very professional and did a great job. I will use Grace Plumbing for any future plumbing problems. I trust Ian to be honest with me.

I would personally like to thank everyone at Grace Plumbing for helping us out with our Bathtub Drain. They sent out Ian from Sunshine Plumbing, one of there sister companies. He did a fantastic job. He was nice, knowledgeable and even gave me some ideas to make my bathroom look a lot cooler. I highly suggest Grace Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have. Service was amazing, punctual and quick.

I called Grace Plumbing about a clogged shower drain on a Friday afternoon, thinking for sure I’d have to wait a few days. To my surprise, Kevin was able to come unclog my drain within an hour.

Grace plumbing was awesome. I was moving things around in my garage and something fell on the water heater pipe. Water was spraying anywhere. I called Grace Plumbing and they came within 20 mins. Water was off and pipe was fixed within another 20 mins! Thank you so much for coming so quickly and fixing the issue so quickly! I will be calling Grace plumbing again of o need in the future!

We had a leaking pipe on the side of our house. Kevin was very polite and helpful over the phone. He requested a picture and upon texting it to him he was able to offer a quote over the phone. Price was very reasonable. We scheduled a time and Kevin arrived on time and ready to go. He has a very nice personality and very easy to work with He inspected the problem and told me exactly how he was going to fix it.

Awesome job I called on a holiday weekend and Kevin came out, figured out my plumbing problems and fixed it . He was so knowledgeable and sweet, explaining each step of the way until the issue was solved. Highly recommend him!

Absolutely the most horrible experience from any service company. The owner has anger issues. I called Grace Plumbing a week ago to schedule an appointment. Kevin, the owner, told me John, the plumber, would contact me to schedule a date and time. John called me the next day and we set Saturday at 8 am. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be home to meet John. It's 8:20 am- no John. I call Grace Plumbing several times - straight to voicemail. I call John's cell. He finally answers to tell me he had an emergency but he'll be here by 10:30. It's now 10:40 am and John's phone goes straight to voice. I call Grace plumbing. Kevin is angry at me, literally yelling at me. He said I should have called him and should not have scheduled a Saturday appointment. He went on to rant about how terrible John is and how he is going to fire him. The whole time I'm thinking is this guy for real? I told him I no longer require their service and that I'd let everyone I know know of my horrible experience. Kevin, you were inappropriate, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Shane on you and Shane on Grace Plumbing. I wish I could assign negative stars. Stay away from this terrible company!

Kevin was very professional and explained the repair in depth to me. We had recently moved into a new home and after getting the water service we noticed a leak between our laundry room and garage. After taking a look at the condition of the pipe we contacted Grace Plumbing to help us out. He arrived at the home, reviewed the issue, which was in a very tight spot, and was able to make the repair quickly. Would recommend!

Our water heater failed and Kevin from Grace Plumbing answered the phone late at night and instructed me with how to turn it off and thus stopped the leaking. Ian was here as promised at 9am and preceded to remove the old water heater and install the new beautiful water heater.
